Was back in 5th edition, but Daemon Prince charges Dire Avengers. Daemon Prince misses with all but one attack, then doesn't wound with the one that did. Dire Avenger Exarch kills Daemon Prince. 
I also have an Assault Marine Sergeant with a Power Fist who seems to never die, and takes out some stupid enemies. So far his tally is a Defiler, a Daemon Prince (the same one that failed against the Dire Avengers!) and a few Tyranid Monstrous Creatures

Not a death. I was playing BA who had joined a 5 man sternguard squad. A buddy ran up to them with a bunch of rapid firing necrons. Brother Crobulo stood there and took almost 70 shots from 2 squads and didnt take a single wound. I just laughed.
Its moments like those my friends.

The VERY first time i ever used my Shokk Attack Gun Mek It blew up, i then rolled a 6 for explosion and killed 11 of my 15 lootas which proceeded to fail LD and run off the board.
Love and hated that moment.

In terms of 'in game' dumb ways to die, took out a valkyrie with an attak squig once (well, strictly speaking, all of my warbosses attacks except one hit, penned and caused a 6 on the 5th ed damage charge), so we assumed that the squig got sucked into one of the engines...

A few times now, I've watched an opponent's HQ kill itself after getting into a challenge with my Overlord/ DLord and losing to MSS.
Just a few days ago I played a game where I ran my wraiths into a forest to grab an autocannon emplacement. The forest was Mysterious, and ended up being brainleaf fronds. The wraith that made it to the autocannon proceeded to murder the wraith next to it, then commit suicide.

Being an Imperial guardsmen in the final battle of an epic war, where you personally brought down a chaos marine with a bayonet to the eye. Then you sit down after your army's big victory hurrah, and accidentally pull the pin on the grenade you forgot you had on a piece of scrap or that Marine's spikes (which would have been useful in killing that C:SM). Boom, last casualty of the war.

A Hammer Terminator charging an XV25 Stealth Suit from behind, and having the Stealth Suit beat it to death.
"Should we turn it around?"
"No, it'll be less humiliating this way."
I had to eat those words.
The two of us decided the Stealth Suit had whirled around to face the Terminator, and accidentally smacked him in the face with his gun. There was no other way we could explain it.
