I love model company brochures - couple of my favourites are Woodland Scenics (2009 I think) and Wills & Ratio (all kinds of model railway scratchbuild goodies). Always get plenty of inspiration from them.

Well, my iPad is always in the bathroom, on top of a stack of Finescale Modeler, Model Railroader, and various other literature

YMMV depending on what your wife allows

The last sheet of this 1/4" tile I got was strangely thicker than the last, my hand is sore from cutting these tiles out

Dont worry dave, your time playing games on he computer has caused modeling muscle atrophy. You will regain muscle strength will return now that your back in full swing. Just take two airbrushes and call us in the morning.

I would suggest meeting with Dr. hinternet, he's a specialist in the modeling world. Undoubtably he will suggest you do some strength training by carving sprue, but he has his was

There's many other ways to improve finger and lower arm strength...

What's the manufacturer of the kits you are using for the external parts?

Thanks! They are O scale DPM panels, by Walthers, marketed for O scale Train hobbyists. They are NOT easy to work with, as they require a belt sander to cut 45 degree angles in each wall segment in order to build anything.

Sorry Theo, the crash was caused by someone who built a force field that intersected with another functional block, simply a glitch.

Here I've sprayed the ceilings black, then when dry, I applied some crackle medium. I've never had much luck with the stuff in the past, but apparently it requires the top coat and then it magically crackles. We shall see.
