Really now, these boys are around 40 years late on this one.
If you really want to stretch it, then yes it looks like it. Then again, the hagio sophia also likes like an english castle, so turkish government please remove it or change it.

Having run arround on top of the Hagia Sophia assassinating people in Assassins Creed (shhh, don't tell the people complaining about the Lego kit!), I can say that the Lego Jabba's Palace doesn't really look much like the Hagia Sophia other than in the most general terms. Kind of in the way a morris minor looks vaguely like a ferrari... they both have doors, wheels and an engine, so that is close enough, right?

The Hagia Sophia is a beautiful and historical building, I honestly think comparing it to the look Jabba's palace has going cheapens it significantly in a sense.
