K, got a few mins before I pass out. I'll try to answer the obvious stuff.
1. The next update, will be posted when I am ready. Sorry everyone, its gotta be facts and every duck must be in a row. Its vital to manage expectations.
2. We have started to test our internal system and work flow for wave 1 fulfillment.
3. The Twilight Knight is included in the survivor level reward box, which is shipping with wave 2.
4. Resin Beta Backers will get the core game early and have exclusive access to an online FAQ and living glossary we have built. They will be instructed to help us vet these in time for when general fulfillment hits. I am still waiting on those advance units to arrive.
5. Don't go to eBay.
6. I decided not to print the challenge scenario / promo rules and cards yet. We will deliver them once the community has actually had a chance to play the game via PDF. Following that I'd like to 'master them' and then do a nice print run of all that stuff.
I think thats about it? Let me know what else ails you, and I will try to get to it before my eyes fall out of my head! go go go!
And on shipping order
so far we have only done domestics. Once we have our workflow down, I might switch us over to international since those will spend more time in transit. Then return to domestic. There is... a lot of stuff. nearly 40,000 picks across 5,500 backer boxes. (Yes, the number is correct as funny as that is.)
No one at the office is letting me fulfill by backer ID#, its far too inefficient and would make the process drag out for another 2 weeks or so. Instead we are being "smart (whatever!)" and packing by common groups, starting with lower number count boxes and working our way up to the high count ones.
Nice.
Still boned if it's based on number of items. Ordered almost everything like many of you here.
Also, had to check eBay after he said not to. Hahaha.
While I would have liked a quick 3 paragraph Update to cover the immediate questions, it's good that Adam popped in to answer them at all. I'm satisfied for the time being.
He's an optimist. Ebay is going to be flooded with bits from this by people looking to turn a profit. It'll be a flippin' feeding frenzy. Look what happened after the gencon exclusive...
It's still happening. Right now. Completely baffles me that people are actually selling them on eBay when, as Adam points out, they're available direct from KD for less.

I was under the impression you got everything and if there was anything you didn't get, I've got it covered. I know I went in at the $30 pledge level, but added on a bunch of stuff. I also know that you added a Slenderman into your order for me. I look forward to figuring out what I'm going to do with him.

I thought anyone getting 'physical rewards' was getting one, but...

this one was free if you backed the KS and got physical product
so you'll get her (maybe the spues are actually coming over with the game boxes and none of the orders with in will ship till they arrive or maybe the way Adam has set up the logistic means this gift will ship with the expansion orders)

The pinup / reversal Twilight Knight should be shipping now, but so should the "free to all" Twilight Knight as they are shipping the "free to all" White Speaker.
The confusion is because of the "free" White Speaker, and raises the question about the "free" Twilight Knight.
Hopefully, Adam didn't forget about the "free" Twilight Knight...

"Cut the guy some slack"... I guess you don't really know much about the industry and MIKH. I am really not surprised at all that it's been put on hold, and it's just like all the other projects MIKH is involved in, unfortunately.
I started by noting that "it's been (at least) 3 years," so I might be aware of a few things.
I just know that he managed to finish the one sculpt for Blood Rage, and that he isn't holding up that train - in sharp break from expectations when his name was mentioned as the sculptor. ____
(or was it Conan? - I pledged both, and they're very similar - sorry for the confusion).
