Sort of. It's starting to self-sustain- hopefully in a couple hours (if people are in the area) there ought to be a good number of chickens in it- after that, we'll work on getting it ready to actually be farmable. Until then, please don't kill any of the chickens. These are the breeding stock.

I put a feeder down in a fenced off area at spawn and it was breeding loads of chickens. Have these all been killed?

Ok, tested the server with the new 5.1.1 pack. All looks good, only slight thing is that the mining age's sky has turned from red to green :/ Probably because of the new Mystcraft changes. Skylands is fine. Thaumcraft Aura nodes are as they were. I'll take the server down shortly to upgrade it.

I released a large amount of chickens into the forest near spawn that people can kill when needed.

Server is up. Upgrade your packs to 5.1.1.

I was thinking of creating a series of books detailing (in-character) processes, uses and methods for mystical stuff. Are there working bookshelves or bookstands in this modpack, does anyone know? I know an old version of Technic had Pinkemma's Tomes mod, and it was pretty neat.

Go to spawn and there is a string farm/cotton farm that gives you string. take some seeds and make a farm with it.
It is a fanastic way of avoiding mob killing.

Also. I'm beginning work in my libarary in making a large amount of alumentium. Seeing at how powerful it is. I need some donations to create gunpowder into sulfur so i can create sulfur torches which are quick economic. one sulfur + a stick = 8 sulfur torches + aluminum = 1 aluminum torch. (i need to test to see if they last underwater before go any further.)

I also found a bug.

The enderpouch doesn't work properly instead of taking it from a chest like thing. It takes it from any mechinical machine like the machine currently being used to build tunnels. For some odd reason it is doing this. So it makes the ender pouch quite useless for an on the go chest that i can place my stuff into.

If you need Visum, carrots have it, too. So no need, really, to farm spiders.

I don't think that's a bug. It sounds more like you have your Ender Pouch linked to the Ender Chest that the tunnel bore is using. For it to work the way you intend, you need to make an Ender Chest with the colour code of your choosing and then right click it with the Ender Pouch:

But one problem.... How do I get blaze rods..... Could we make a nether fortress dimension and a underground world (I read up about them they exist would be a pretty cool place to make seeing as we have a mining world, a skyland, the twilight forest, hell and vanillia world, could we have an endless nether fortress and an endless underground world? Would be pretty cool to have.)
Because i believe it would be good for the community to have two new dimensions that are all radically different. An underground world and a hell fortress would be cool. And then an endless stronghold world would also work.

I am collecting mostly to get ready for the hydra. I just need to get enchantments on my armor and such. (already have two armor that have repair 2.)

So Thaumium is probably the best for the Triari to mass produce. I already got a stack of it ready to go.

Not sure why you'd need another dimension just for the same thing. Blazes spawn everywhere in nether fortresses now too, so less need to worry if someone breaks a blaze spawner. Also if you did want to find another one, just make a Mystcraft linking book to it so you don't have to travel. All of the above negates the need for another dimension.

Endless underground worlds were rumoured to be buggy due to interaction with Redpower marble generation. Also as ore gen is based on height of around 70? and below, wouldn't the upper levels all just be plain stone?

Are you storm warrior? If so then your in the triarii, right?
So yeah the triarii will help face the hydra, also I'll buy a repair book of any level for what ever you want, simply say what you want get a book and I'll trade!

Thats kind of the point of an underground world. Also for a difficult place. Though the endless strongholds sounds like a cool idea.

Yes I am stormwarrior. I actually dont need it. I need enchantments with levels. I can produce thamium do to a rich ore vein i had found recently.



Also how do i make mysticraft worlds?

I have a few offensive enchantments, I think smite, sharpness and knockback. Is that good enough for a repair enchantment, o can get more if you want.

I don't need them. I have a zepher blade with sharpness 4 and disjunction 3 and vorpal 2. I actually rarely use the sword. I use my sapphire blades more often. I plan on making another zepher blade hopefully this time with repair. (Which is really needed for a good weapon and good armor.)
I can give away thamium because it is pretty insanely cheap. 8 nuggets + 2 magic enchanted tables = 1 thaumium ignot
I also got a stock of alumentium if anyone needs any thing that powerful. (also great for range combat)

I'm sorry, I don't understand, what do you mean by "That's"? What's kind of the point of an underground world?

Now you're also talking about Strongholds. Do you mean Strongholds or Nether Fortresses?

I'm welcome to suggestions about ages, but I still don't see the point of a Nether Fortress age (the Nether exists, just use that?), nor a cave world when the ores will still only spawn at 70 and below (just use the mining age for the ores or the nether for a permaroof).

I've disabled the creation of Mystcraft ages because each age is an entire new world to store and load on the server and there's no way to limit it rather than "off" or "on", so it's "off". You can still try out creating as many ages as you like in a singleplayer world.

Oh, how could I get a repair enchant, all my books end up being vanilla ones, also I'll be head of the triarii combat stuff (no one else has taken an interest).

Have you given people a chance to take an interest? I've not seen any other posts here about there being a combat force of any sort to be the leader of, just a pledge to help kill the Hydra.

The fact that nobody else has taken an interest may stem from the belief that there was nothing there to claim an interest in to start with; at least, there was definately no allusion to a combat force of any sort.

You obviously aren't "in the buzz" the triarii have discussed the combat of bosses many times ingame, please think before you question.
