Corpeses, as your the only one to have an alveary to my knowledge, how is it compared to an apiary, I'm talking about speed, mutation and resource. Is it a necessary thing in your bee arsenal? Would you be willing to trade, I'd love to have one but I'd need industrious which isn't my chosen route of bees. What do you want?

Alvearies are inferior to a battery of apiaries, by a wide margin, for every purpose bar mass production of combs.

I do believe Osh has one like direwolf's and it doesn't work that well either.

What do you think about trading? What you need?

Pimp, you really can't be complaining about other people's thaumcraft, after you use my thaumcraft stuff I always seem to find their is a lot of flux and wisps, maybe learn to control it yourself before going after others.

actually, the wisps have been bad since I came round to your area. I alsways act with minimal flux in mind so im sure I haven't done near as much as you say

Wireless Redstone Frequency 999 is now named "TwoMinutesRemain".

When the server gives its two minute warning before the restart, this frequency activates a redstone signal.

If desired, you can use this to close down any machines or systems you have in time for the server restart. This can help with rare item loss from items "in transit" between machines or pipes etc at the exact moment of a restart.

Remember, sometimes Flux can be natural, and sometimes there can be a lot of natural Nodes in a relatively small area- one or more of those might be a Bad Node that's causing Flux buildup.

Would anybody be willing to give/sell me a set of Goggles of Revealing?

That way I can scan and deal with any flux that may arise in my area.

EDIT: I have an Emerald. They seem to be very valuable. Better yet, I can tell you where my dirt cheap villagers are held.

Could also hook it up to the Electronic Intelligence Indicator I suppose so you have this screen to let you know as well or an alarm.

Well, my computer's getting worked on now, so I'm using my lappy. Fun times.

Mind you, it's my laptop with my monitor, keyboard, and mouse hooked up to it. Let's see if I can get FTB working on this, too.

Got any more mining done? I think I might try to work on getting the buildcraft mining machine done (meh, too lazy to remember its name, the one that digs a huge cube out of the ground).

well if you get to my tunnel bore, and hook up a chest to it, It'll go, my sorting facility is gummed up right now

Okay Iustis/Not_U, I was able to get on but wasn't able to do much. I shoveled some ore in the pulverizers and some dust in the furnaces to make myself useful. We got a stack and a half of iron out of it along with some lead, silver, tin, etc. I logged off with the pulverizers running on empty and full of tin and silver ores and put all my extra stuff in the chest in the machine room.

So yeah, hopefully once I get the the mscorsvw.exe issue sorted out (this computer is already low on processing power, and that windows utility is eating a lot of it up) I'll try again.

But it doesn't look good for this lappy-- a gigabyte less RAM and only a 1.5ghz single core processor, not very good for modded minecraft. When I get my desktop back I'll be able to be more productive.

Shouldn't take too long hopefully.

Shhh, work has finally begun on the upper part of my mages/lords tower in the sky age, here's a little list of things to do;

-arcane levitators for access to upper tower
-build inverted pyramid for bar of tower
-build bridge
-build small village and observatory
-build first few stories of tower
-decorate them
-build 2nd few stories
-decorate them
-equip first stories with needed utilities
Rinse and repeat until it's done

A few other uses I thought of:

Mining (or other) Turtles - you could use it to signal to the turtle to return to its "home" position so that it knows where it is when the server restarts.
The display or alarm you've mentioned - if you frequently miss the warning in chat, have a simple lamp, note block alarm or display to let you know - the signal stays on for the last two minutes before the restart.
Thaumcraft Golems - I'm not sure if you can fit redpower deployers with a wand and then transposers or obisdian pipes to pick up the golem? There may be another way to do it.
Lockdown - If you like to just logoff and not come back when the server restarts, you could have it set to return all your minecarts/trains/turtles, lock all your doors and arm an MFFS - just make sure it doesn't unlock everything when the server restarts
Counter - As it activates every two hours you could use it as a long term counter or extra slow timer.

I suppose you could also set up a firework show at spawn or a light show.

Alumentum looks cool thrown from deployers/dispensers. Possible damages may occur however.

So anyone have some of the higher tier bees? I have almost an entire Apiary bag full of imperial bees now which I've heard are supposed to be the best before they go into ones that make the cool stuff like diamonds and such.

Looking at the breeding I just need to breed the sapphire ones then keep chucking them at the imperial ones.

Anyone know how much vis a crystal capacitor holds?

Im close to lapis, which can be further bred to sapphires, but I've already got a gak ton of imperials so I'm good, but if you wanta partner for bees we could work something up.

Pimp- you have Lapis bees? Amazing. Keep at least one strain of those, please, or see what you can do about getting a Lapis serum, so we have access to them. The Sapphire will be amazing as well- that is, if you're willing to provide the materials to the Accords...

Also, you can get Emerald bees, did you know that?
