The next quarry that goes up will have a void pipe to kill any sand that gets mined... I'll probably void cobble too.

Dark, is there axeay to stop thaumcraft golems from stopping falling out of the world? If not could you work out a way to return the golems, like we give you a diamond and you spawn in a golem for us? This is an important thing for me as I'll be making a sorting system, and anvil will be making a similar one. What do you think?

Presumably the solution would be to use piping, which isn't buggy as hell.

Does anyone have an 100% working version of Sphax for FTB? I'll pay ingame resources for an emailed copy. Sometimes I get sick of soartex. Say... 5 Diamonds?

I have tried creating them, but every times it just messes up :(

Well, golems are way cooler than pipes, and I want it to be 100% magic. Also I've seen a few FTB variations of sphax

I have to wonder if a chunk loader would work- one of the single-chunk versions- then just try to fit the entire sorting system inside a single chunk that never un-loads?

That's one of the reasons I haven't done much with golems yet

Whelp. I was an idiot.

Kitted out, I went into a Pit of Doom. The remnants of CptPrice's frame miner. Wall to wall mobs.

I was trying to run through a bunch, but got arrowed and exploded, and I think I lost essentially all of my stuff- Haste III Feather Falling IV, Fire Protection IV Unbreaking III Boots of the Traveler- the robes and sword I just got from Pimp, Treasure III Potency III Charge I Wand of Excavation, and a Potency II Charge I Wand of Fire. As well as all the neat mob drops I'd managed to get (but those aren't important).

I suppose this is my own fault, and I'll just ahve to rebuild my armoury. It's great that Charge is now so very ridiculously rare.

That's k, Anvil. Sorry e didn't get your stuff.

After you logged off, BBrotherhood and I tried a few more attempts, but ultimately failed. Did manage to kill a lot of the mbs, though.

In the chest with the stuff Osh donated i've put some gold armour I got from the zombies killed, it's not much and I wish I could give you more but I don't have enough resoucres (especially string).

Also put some raw lapis in, too.

Cant say Iv had a problem with golems yet. Do they fall out of the world often?

Yeah, I haven't had problems with the gloems controling the Brain Grinder.
It's chunkloaded, too (only spawns zombies when people are nearby, though).

Oh and Mel I made something for your armour and left it in the downstairs project table for the next time you manage to get on. Already tweaked around with it and should be good to go.

Put Golems in chests or your inventory before the restart, that's it. Chunk loaders won't help because the chunks get unloaded when Minecraft shuts down for the restart.

No I won't return lost golems, put them in chests. I know it sucks but Thaumcraft is buggy and I have no desire to babysit it. Don't like it, don't use it.

That is an insult to Pokémon Masters everywhere.

Maybe make an automatic golem retriever? There must be some way to return them to an item form, like hitting them with an arrow?

Yeah dark I've gotta say this is a little unfair, me and anvil are going to end up with golem systems that are 100 golems big, setting this up and needing to take it all down will take ages, not counting setting it all up with the correct items.
And can people stop calling us pokemon masters....

Surely you wouldnt need that many golems? Adv stone golems can transport several material types cant they?

You could always start off with a simple sorting room using golems and if they get fixed expand it.

Yep Dark came on and mentioned having to take it down to sort out this Grundz stuff some more. Said it shouldn't take long, but I think he'll probably post about it when it comes back up.
