these were 2nd hand minis pretty happy with the end result

I don't understand the tonal changes on there. They don't seem like logical gradients from light to dark, just like where there are lines on parts of the model it is brown.

The cockpit is brilliant though. I just wish you had done more with the yellows.

Hmm.. I think it looks pretty neat, a different style than what you usually see. I like the webbing, and indeed the cockpit looks great, on all of them. I especially like the big guy a few posts back.

Bit of a mixed commission update today...

added a few Tau units to a old commission and finished up a 5man dev squad for the raven guard

The sarge has quite a large head. Also what made you opt out of the pale white skin on the ravenguard ?

Nice job,i too don't understand the color changes? Especially on the avatar he doesn't look at all on fire or 'hot' but hey maybe that's the look you were going for? I personally prefers the lava look myself

think of it more as molten flowing lava

Those are really awesome Grey Knights. Thanks for sharing them I have been thinking of starting a Grey Knight/Space Wolf army joint army and that is pretty much the colour scheme I will be going for except I will have blue highlights around the trim of the armour. It's given me an idea on what mine *could* look like.

Really like your work. The power weapons in the grey knights is a refreshing change

wow, this is the type of work that has been making me want an airbrush lol. i especially like the minotaurs paint scheme, what paints did you use to get the brass colour, was it a custom mix or straight out the bottle. also the oxidization on them was that a gw technical paint or did you make your own wash.
