I briefly looked through the webstore so sorry if I missed it but are there cats in any of the factions? Huh, that really makes me feel like a crazy cat guy.

Axony, our British based faction is Cats & Dogs. The Heavy Brigadier is an English Longhair and the Devon Brigadiers are Devon Rexes.

Ah I see them now. Pretty awesome! I'm going to download the quick start rules later.

Nice to see a miniature company based out of Florida!

Axony who is the "Britan" of the setting is populated by Cats and Dogs. =)

The have a all cat unit called the "Devon Brigadiers"
http://www.on-the-lamb.com/store/product.php?id_product=21

And they can be lead by a cat. lol
http://www.on-the-lamb.com/store/product.php?id_product=22

(The 2nd hero choice doesn't have a modle, but to me it's implied you could convert it from one of the dogs probly the red coats.)

Wait that giant amazing gauntleted animal is a cat? I couldn't tell since its behind the others.

I think I found a pic of it in the art/miniature section. That is a must have for me, I will definitely be following this from now on!

IIRC, Anti-Matter Games is down in Florida as well (Miami?), they do Deepwars.

If you are near Jax, Daytona, or Orlando you might be able to see us in person

Axony has some cats, Chugoku has a tiger and Zabar has a lion but none of the factions is full-on cat.

GAMA has ended from what I've heard, I'll see if I can't pry any more pictures out of the OTL crew once they're back at HQ.

I can't remember where I saw it (facebook or what not), but there was something EFT related called Endless Dungeon Builder, it was just a picture in their display case, but I don't know for certain.

Any news about other new factons in the v2 rulebook?

In fact, will the Cult of Exomorphist be in the v2 book, or a separate release?

The 2ndEd Rulebook is currently planned to just feature the original 8 Factions, with new units added. CoE will be released initially as an eBook, before being compiled into a second printed book.

Likely this second book will also contain the core rules as well for players who are only interested in gaming with those factions.

Does this imply that this future book will contain the other factions that have been hinted at as well?

What sort of company only releases one faction in a book?

My stuff is not ready yet to apply, but my second Bruhfire starter is ordered, so it shouldn't be that long.

I have a question though: there is no mention of a reward or compensation system, which we usually see in that kind of volunteer program. Not that it would stop me from running demos and leagues, but I could do the same thing without the one event by month pressure coming with the official title, and the various requirements. I assume there is one, and it's just not put forward, but having a confirmation would be nice.

Bees/wasps? You have my attention.

Also congrats on being picked up by The Warstore. They are a great company, and have really been good about grabbing the smaller companies items lately.

Awesome. Id totally get in on this, but the local gaming scene is dismal to say the least, and the nearest LGS is an hour away.

Bees/Wasps will be featured rather nicely in the Cult of Exomorphism. While Ants are the primary troop for CoE, 'The Queen in Yellow' (one of the planned hero options) will augment the army to make it a bit more Wasp/Bee heavy.

I'm sure I've asked this before, but what part of Florida are you in? We also suffer from the no LGS within an hours drive issue.

Grats, it's always awesome when you see your products hit shelves.

Listen, my children, as I pass onto you the truth behind Willy Wonka and his factory. For every wonka bar ever created in existance, Mr. Wonka sacraficed a single Oompa Loompa to the god of chocolate, Hearshys. Then, he drank the blood of the fallen orange men because he fed them a constant supply of sugary chocolate so they all became diabetic and had creamy, sweet-tasting blood that willy could put into each and every Wonka bar. That is the REAL story behind willy wonka's Slaughter House!

Huh, scooped by our own facebook page

For some more info on the plastic Otters, we're currently working with Bob Naismith (I believe) who is sculpting these digitally, and we're looking at a few companies to produce the models for us once we get everything situated.

For those of you that are sad your favorite model didn't get first in line for plastics, fret not we've got a few that we really wanted to get done first, and then move on from there. The biggest contenders were those with a lot of options, lots of bits, old sculpts, or things that people would need hordes of.
