Very nice job on the storm talon all-around. The shading of the grey and the heat discoloration of the engine exhausts are both great.

Cool save bro! not bad at all for a one nighter from pink! the engine burn is a good colour choice to compliment the stealth grey :-)

Thanks for stoping by and the comment Gits, it looks good but was all done real fast with the airbrush and Tamiya weathering powders!

Nice salvage job on that Storm Talon, it looks great now. You should've posted some 'before' pics.

The Basilisk is really coming along too, nice idea with the shell rack, it looks great.

thanks very much gentlemen, I must confess I hadn't considered the pods were going to be tricky, but as they were blue, and pre built from the fething FLGS again they are proving to be fiddly to get the angles right etc etc.

Being incredibly stress after a week of crapness, I needed some hobby release, not painting as I have toconcentrate at that.

Definitely an improvement to the Helbrute, and that model in particular needs a hell of a lot of improvement: I changed nearly everything on it and still thought there could be more done.

I must've painted that one ages ago as its a black primer and I havn't used anything but white or zenithal for 4 or 5 years !

Absolutely agree Dr, still not overly happy with my version, I'm thinking some more greenstuff tubes and pipes and maybe some re-purposed tyrannid spikes breaking out of the armour?

So I had a surge of hobby interest and sculpted some more detail on the nurgle dreadnought .

I'm thinking it's looking pretty good and about down except for some grit glueing on.

Any one else with some ideas ?

Yes mate, I have a greenstuff roller from eBay , not too expensive and really useful, you should get one !
