So just to show how long it's been since I did my pledge manager. I actually forgot that I already had a squad of heavy troops in there. So I grabbed the squad of regulars and the KST Heavy Gunner and Panzerknacker.

I beg of you sarge let me lead the charge when the battle lines are drawn

Are they? Nothing I read suggests that they will be really shipping anything any time soon. Just the same empty promises.

They've already shipped stuff (I've had some myself),

now whether they ship (more) stuff soon is another matter depending partly on what you ordered (the updates have give a rough timeline and stuff like meks and trikes are well away, up to you), partly on whether you've paid extra shipping (up to you) and partly on how fast they can get the casts in (that's down to them)

since I've got meks in my remaining order and havn't paid for any more split shipping I'm guessing april/may 2016

Well, I did break down and get their arco-flagellants and some more Empire Heavy Weapon teams.

I'll also probably find time in my day to put in a small order during the next offer window to get my first/second wave stuff shipped to me.

I sadly don't have the money at the moment to donate but with the holidays around the corner, I'm more than happy to throw copious amounts of money at the stuff then.

I'd like to assume all of this stuff is going up for sale on the site but is there anyway I can get a definite on that?

Ugh. I'd pay money to not have to be bombarded by crappy social networking buzz words.

What's your product, and tell me a bit about it without sounding like a tweenager who just found out the latest gossip.

Supposedly Wave 2 is meant to include all of the troops and most/all of the support teams, and a handful of heroines.

Wave 3 is everything else.

That post would have been endearing if they were on time, had a good track record of posting updates and not being too wordy as well as abusing hashtags to the point of it becoming a fellony and all that jazz...

But now, yeah, it's just trolling the backers.

Supposedly they must have begun shipping "some of" wave 2 today. I think. Man this is getting hard to keep track of.

Sure, we've seen boxes before. When the Hippo was giving us an unasked-for tour of the warehouse space.

Has there been any discussion on packaging of the retail product? I'd think they could have put their artists to work on that for a few months, easily. It can make or break your product so bad.

I don't think RH does retail store sales. I believe they are online-orders-only.

They had a dropship programme in order to create the possibility of retail sales. That was the point of the programme, more than the savings on shipping for buy... backers. It would have allowed them to show that their product could draw a crowd in...

...if they'd done it with more than 23 minis, no troops and a game too.

They do, single models come in blisters and squads / larger models come in small cardboard boxes with a picture pasted on front.

Nope, they're just making things up as they go, constantly changing the order and contents of each wave as the wind blows. They say one thing, do another because teehee, it's better that way.

I think he's one of those guys who already has product and as such, doesn't see a need for others to voice their discontent, all the while more or less ignoring the reasons why some don't have stuff as of yet.

"I don't know what these guys are so dense about, I got my minis through my dropship location so I'm happy and as long as I'm happy everybody else should be as well."

Dropship locations are a great idea, no sarcasm there, but it sucks when there's not one nearby or your store couldn't garner enough backers to warrant such a status.
