Last I remember on the matter was that they wanted to go the extra mile with it, but I think at this stage it is something they'll not get around to any time soon due to completion of the first one and the running of the second one.

Not to interrupt the flow of "is this generous or not?", but the art book is something that they are genuinely remiss in providing. While anything for free as a fillip for loyalty is a nice gesture, actually getting the things that we pledged for is quite a bit higher priority, or so I would think.

Mind, there's also a pledge level just for the art book and some people (79 to be precise) have pledged for it.

This means the next few days will be an excellent time to drop some gentle reminders about that very missing digital art book. I suspect that RH Comms are about to peak again. For a couple of weeks, at least...

We'll see whether or not they've got stuff I'm interested in. I thought about pledging for a friend who plays Sisters, but by the time I'd have minis in hand she'd be on the other side of the world again or who knows where.

Got my freebies box two hours before it went up, that has drawn me in for an EB pledge for now, will see if I hang onto it once I've actually read the campaign page. There's definitely a few bits that interest me but they're in the minority as I've already got all my daemonettes and seekers sorted thanks to the old diaz-nettes, and I'm not sure I really want to start yet another army.

Edit: Since Alpharius posted at the same time to keep it on topic - casts look good, these are the only things I'll be receiving in resin as I wasn't sure how theirs was going to turn out so everything else I receive will be in metal. There's a little explanation note / almost apology in the box too.

I really like the look of some of these models.... reading that some of you still havent gotten what you backed from a year ago though.... not sure I wanna take the risk. Might just wait for them to appear on their online store instead even if it means paying more further down the line...

No guts, no glory as they say. They may have improved their methods and techniques since then, so they may hit their projected deadline this time round, which is May 2016. The savings you make on the campaign though may be worth the wait if your order is big enough.

And they have their pledge manager already done...so there wont be that delay. Anybody got pics of their freebies yet?

I just hope the current campaign doesn't distract them from receiving, controlling and shipping minis on this one...

Well, I just got a shipping notification for my freebies, at long last.

Yes, the freebies have been packed since last week, in most cases. But some minis haven't yet come back from the caster. It's more those cases, the packages that could be completed, that I was talking about.

And in no way shape or form am I going to get suckered into paying wave shipping. Especially since whatever friend I may or may not pledge with have kids, and paint at a snail's pace.

I'm afraid there's a hippo and a 'totally not a ratling' little girl missing as someone decided to steal them, still gives me some peace at least



Few moldlines and bubbles here and there, and the resin is VERY brittle compared to what I'm used to. However it's not as bad as some things I've seen, and overall I'm very impressed with the sheer level of detail on some of the minis, I mean who needs pocket stitching on something that small? Most of them won't be seeing much paint for a while as I'm still building up bits for my guard/renegades, and I'm planning on doing a few head swaps with the heroines I'm waiting on.

That Noice looks noice indeed! I think I'm going to end up using most of the heroines and freebies as IG advisors and characters, too.

Heheh. I'm pumped that a lot of freebies are KST techs of one kind or another. Really pumps up my heroine count for my merry little band of war winners.

Have they given any indication as to what the deal is with the game system they claimed they were developing for all these minis?

EDIT - NVM, finally took a look at the new kickstarter.

Yes, they have sketched it out briefly in update 2, and they have communicated to us that the game will be written by native English speakers to avoid any typographical and linguistic errors.

Other than that, we are lead to assume it is in development? Or something? Maybe? It's RH after all.

The game outline is still too vague to my liking, not to mention very, very messy in terms of what it wants to incorporate.

Now with all the focus on the new Kickstarter i hope they don't forget about the Mecha and the artbook!
