Does anyone know if Hasslefree has a US distributor? I really want a Harby Hellboy-style fist, but I don't want to pay shipping from UK for just one model.

Righto, PM sent. I can certainly understand the run up to Salute being a busy one, most of the UK companies attending are locking down at the moment.

Hey Artemis, could I get a heads up what the likelihood that Hasslefree are going to get any restocks on the Modern Trooper parts? They have been out of stock for aaaaaaaages.

Specifically the Mongrel Heads. I have sent a couple of messages via facebook (well 2 over the past year or so, don't want to look pushy) but haven't had any response.

I ordered something on 26/04 - appreciating that there was Salute and a Bank Holiday but I still haven't had a dispatch email. Is there a significant backlog at all?

They only went back to work post Salute on Monday (which was a bank holiday so no post going on then either)

They are currently awaiting Kev to finish the last modern trooper sprues so we can do them al at once and them be done. He does has a couple of months before our next big project and they are on the list, so cross your fingers he picks them

There was a clothed hovering Baron shown at one point- I believe it was very limited release for some reason?

I too am awaiting that figure for my Dune project.

We sold it at Salute this year, but it's on hold for a more rounded sci-fi project. It'll be releases, possibly in a small KS, all at once.

Please excuse me for rising this question in a general news & rumours thread, but - have anyone contacted Hasslefree lately? I have placed an order with them in a last days of August, got an e-mail about it being sent on September 5th and since then - nothing. I've been trying their "admin" e-mail account for two weeks with no reply. Should I stop worrying and try something drastic like a chargeback? Thanks.
