I am dealing with FedEx to retrieve the digital signature right now.

When I receive that I will take appropriate action, wether it involves filing a claim with FedEx or the police has yet to be fully determined.

But somebody does, as they were signed for under your name, or potentially your name. Does anyone living at the family name share the same initial as yourself? Perhaps if they do, you need to speak to them.

The paper trail ends at your door, and considering you are under a bit of a cloud already, regardless of your involvement, you are tainted by association, the onus is on you to provide a plausible reason, supported by evidence, as to why you don't have a package FedEx claim to have delivered directly into the hands of someone who appears to share your name.

I have to confess, your posts don't read like you're overly concerned, which is concerning in itself.

But as others have said, not my TR, that's my say had.

I'm not overly concerned because I know I don't have the tau. And from what azreal13 said, I can see why I'm being put under the microscope, and am tainted by association. But I never signed for it, nor did my mother. And no one lives with my mother and I. It's just us.

This doesn't look good, unless you and your friend share the same user name on the Iron Fist League website.

No that's me on IFL, but it proves nothing, I put it up their the same time as up here. And again I was using his profile on here. I made mine after he was done moving because he didn't want me on it.

So to summarise for work blocked or lazy,

Two near identical posts made under the same username on IFL were made here, each post under a different username and one of which appears to be a known scammer.

This can only end well!

Norm here, cj saying I allowed him to use my profile while I was moving is indeed true

Norm0041 is not a scammer, nor am I. And I just said I was using his account on here. That's why my name matches the IFL. And my post matches the one here.

Can't a mod just check both the IP's that just posted?

norm0041 and CjRex also appear to have similar posting habits (almost exclusively in 40K Lists and Swap Shop)

Not levelling accusations at this point, but circumstantial evidence seems quite telling.

Because I was using his account, and ya that would have been me bumping my own stuff cuz I needed it gone. So ya that's a no no on my part. Sorry.

I am asking these questions not to accuse but to try and get the whole story, so please don't feel persecuted, but which one of you claimed not to receive the package, despite tracking info to the contrary, and seemed to miraculously locate it in their mailbox when put under some pressure?

You have had two transaction reports opened against you, under two different usernames.

In both cases, your defence was that you had yet to receive the package, despite tracking info to the contrary, but have apparently discovered the first package once pressure was applied via the Transaction Report.

Despite RiTides posting in the other TR that the issue had been resolved, the user who opened that TR is still waiting to receive their models.

You have a lot of explaining to do mate, best case scenario you're an appalling trader, and need to sort some things out before continuing to do business. Worst case, well, that goes without saying.

My mother had gotten it and put it on her desk under paper work. After that I haven't had the money to send it. I do now and will be sending them. Norms house had caught fire that's why he moved and couldn't finish it, I got the half for Tmo38 and will be sending it soon.

I'd also like to point out that in addition to allegedly defrauding OP, CjRex and Norm0041 have violated 18 USC § 1030 by using a computer system to defraud him, and, if they are two different people and not one person using two online personas, participated in a criminal conspiracy, both felonies under federal law. I'd recommend contacing the United States attorney in CjRex's area, they're in a much better position to investigate and prosecute these sorts of cases than most local police departments. That's not needed, it's not fraud. It's a case of things haven't been received and Tmo38's stuff being misplaced. Like I've said if I had the tau I would send the knights.

Ok well this can all stop right now, I've found the tau, my brother had them, he thought it was parts for his car Che had delivered by FedEx. He jut showed up with them, I'm gonna send the tau back and call it a lose.

Well it won't stop until you complete the deal as promised really, unless the OP agrees to you just sending back his tau and violating the deal.
