This far in the game (again). Clearly, it was a scam. Clearly, you ask? If it wasn't, he would have answered. Blowing smoke, that's all he's doing. He'll mess up soon. He'll scam one of us, who actually has enough political pull in a tiny little town/county that'll get him prosecuted.

There's no point asking to see any proof at this stage , were well into the second meltdown all we have left is the third (oh my god i got death threats i'm done with you trolls i'm going to have to shut up shop now you have ruined my life ) and then wait for the next one to start up in a month's time . Everything else posted from them at this point is just the smokescreen as he exits stage left with whatever money he has somehow managed to grab from the takings bag as he runs from the theater.

HOWEVER if we are wrong and you are a legitimate conversion company / parts vendor with no connection to the vileness that is Kimdanielstephmendabonder then as a potential customer could you provide me with your address as required under Californian law (CA code bpc;17538.5 section a ) of course if you are operating from a legitimate premises open to the public during business hours you are exempt from this part of the the Californian code and then all you need to do is tell me where to call in and discuss my conversion needs with you (i am sensing this will not be fothcoming though)

One thing I've seen mentioned on the screen grabs that I REALLY think needs to be addressed about Dakka Dakka is that we delete accounts
and ban people. The only person that I'm aware of that has been banned is Dannyboy himself. And it's pretty concrete proof that all of his scams can be no one but Daniel. Why on earth won't someone come here and state their case? Well, because his IP would prove it everytime.

I feel very comfortable in saying anyone coming here to defend any of The Mandelexperience would not be banned, burned at the stake or any other horrid thing Daniel would have people believe. We probably won't agree with them, but look at AJ. He's still alive....
And not just because he sees the truth to Daniel's ways.

I have followed the Bonder drama from the beginning and would like to thank everyone who has put in the effort to try and protect the community. As far as bringing Matt to justice, has anyone thought of contacting the media in his area? I would like to think if channel six news showed up at the local police station with some questions as to why they refuse to do anything about someone running a con business in their jurisdiction it might light a fire under their ass. A little embarrassment goes a long way with some law enforcement.

But I can just as easily see a PD spokesperson saying "it's not a high enough priority, with gangs, drugs, etc..., to invest time and resources. " with out changing expressions. It seems like no big deal to someone who's never been through it, and more importantly, not a gamer.

Not a bad idea... everything is worth a try so long as it involves getting the proper authorities involved.

That being said, there is no Dana on Zuh - er - there is no Matt Bonder, only Daniel Mandelbaum.

Sorry Tom, hard to keep all the names straight. I know you are able to get the people with the evidence together. If you show it to the media they just might do something to give law enforcement the push to do something about Daniel.

In any case it seems as if following the revelation that Mr Monkey-Joe is (former) law enforcement Mr "Welson" decided to make a very sudden disappearance. Pure coincidence?

So either he is gaking his pants because former cops always have contacts and friends amongst current law enforcement - or he is spawning his next online identity.



P.S.: just by complete incidence I found a story that a guy named Stéphane Mandelbaum in Belgium, apparently a not-so-untalented artist, also decided one day to become a crook. Let's not say anything, even though it is obviously a joke, that could be misconstrued by new people as being a physical threat. MT11

It would be so easy to end all of this with a simple post of the 3D plans, which wouldn't reveal anything about himself in the least, except that he was telling the truth about them in the first place.

Mandelbaum would still be in the open but at least he could save some face in the end, even if it's hidden by a mask

Hats off to Savagecoyote. He predicted the "death threat defense" 8 hours earlier than it occurred.

Eventually Daniel will end up crossing someone who has just as much time on their hands as he does, and it won't go well for him.

He's just not that smart. He runs more or less the same scam every time(selling items he doesn't have or cannot get and then not delivering) and he uses the same excuses over and over. He's a one trick pony, if that pony had the IQ of cheese.

He'll fade away again for a month or two and then pop up under some stupid new name. He uses names like apartment complexes do, recycling the same few buzzwords that all convey the same thing.

Instead of using "Ridge, Vista, Wood, etc" like apartments, he does generic sci fi game sounding things: Resin, Studio, Forge, Wargame etc.

At this point, ANY new FB page, website, or "commission for hire" that pops up and doesn't have a verifiable name, face, location attached to it I'd just assume is Daniel.

Red flags:
No personal picture of the owner
No name of said person that can be verified with a cursory google search
ANY models posted in the VERY unique nature of Daniels conversions. It's the saddest part of this story, he's quite good at kitbashes and GS work, but then he wastes that talent by being him.

I'm surprised he moved on so quickly from Resin Forge, after how embarrassing that debacle was for him and Stephanie. It takes a true kind of ignorance and tunnel vision to come out the other side of that thinking nothing happened.

Yes, because if Alan Welson really existed, he would certainly have to worry about people taking him to be Daniel Mandelbaum in real life.
