Joshua Pinder 1. If it isn't your account, then how did you find this post so quickly? I only posted it an hour ago, and did not tag you. Funnily enough, I was just reading on Dakka Dakka that Daniel Charlie Frank is one of Daniel Mandelbaums suspected aliases, and Lo and behold! Here you are.
2. Your use of multiple aliases and pseudonyms, threats of violence, threats of legal action via bogus law firms, and multiple business fronts are well documented.
3. Sami has made NO public announcement in the last couple days that I have seen (since "Alan Welson" at Black Crusade Studios began advertising a model which he does not own and which would be in breach of GW IP anyway). Furthermore, I contacted Sami a couple days ago to inform her of the allegations against you stretching back over the last decade, and got no response, though "Alan Welson"'s post appears to have disappeared so I can only assume that it was removed by a mod or by yourself.
Until Sami Lynn makes an appearance and confirms your statement, I can only assume that your remark about her making it clear "to knock this crap off" is an attempt to intimidate me.
4. There are many several examples of people claiming to have been scammed by you, on Dakka Dakka (in the above links), Bartertown and other sites.

I'm sure it's a twisted game for Mandelbaum. I wouldn't worry about his finances, he's managed for years living with relatives while running online scams, while worth thousands I don't believe he was subsisting entirely upon them. He should go out and get honest work, maybe he does and this rubbish is his hobby.

I really don't think anyone who isn't directly owned money by him should be talking to him, don't try to 'mediate', don't enter into correspondence. Once you establish that an account is one of his, there little to be gained from continued conversation. IMO. There are several people who thought they are cleverer than everyone else and can manage Mandelbaum, who can look for the evidence, put the past behind him and sort it all out and somehow run a business or website with him. He's simply a cheat. Talk to people left picking up the pieces after his other projects like Wargame Miniatures Conversions. He always has his supporters and those who think they can mediate on his behalf... it seems to feed his ego and play out a silly game. Munkey Joe is just the latest and will lured in just enough to be used as a shield for Mandelbaum and will be hit by all the splatter when it goes wrong.

Why does Munkey Joe need Mandelbaum to work with? Even if he were to deliver the goods, there are other people who can build and convert models, people who don't have a history of fabricating stories and disappearing with people's money. How can you seriously enter into business with some you a) don't know where they live and b) have never met?

The point of the conversation was not to establish that it was Daniel Mandelbaum (I already recognised the usernames) but to make it clear to everyone else who he was.

I'd already pm'd one Admin (the owner) a few days ago about him and got no response (though Alan Welsons post was apparently removed). And the conversations above shows that a few people were sceptical about the allegations (if they were aware of them at all) and some were dismissive about it, including one of the mods. Calling it a silly hissy fit over toy soldiers, eye poking etc.

As if warning people about a serial scammer who's defrauded numerous people over the last decade is just some silly trivial immature argument.

I'm done with it now. I've made a song and dance about it, drawn attention to his scam and tried to convince the mods that he is untrustworthy and should be banned from posting in the group. If they're unwilling to take action, thats on them.

Two things i have spotted from the return of the waste of oxygen

1) If DM and his "Dad " and "Alan " and this latest alias "Charlie " are not the same person why do you all refer to members of Dakka as Donkey Caves up until the last few months i had heard exactly one person use that turn of phrase and then lo four separate people who claim to be different people all seem to use the same insult . Hmmm maybe its a really common insult and i just managed to miss it being used
2 Quick quiz who's is talking here ? I'm not sure about this but Tommy is a good guy. I've had a few conversations with him via PM and facebook, and he is really good friends with a few of my great friends like Meg Maples.

It is my experience that people, shall we say, of a..low intellect? are often unable to conceive of the possibility that others can see through their deceptions, as from their perspective they think they are being incredibly clever. When someone more mentally nimble tears their craftily constructed web to pieces, it can come as a genuine shock.

Couple this with DM's apparent inability to learn from his experiences and total failure to keep track of his past doings (which I don't blame him for, frankly you'd need a small administrative team cross checking everything for conflicts to do this considering the amount of gak he's pulled!) and you really have to wonder why he thinks he's qualified to do what he does?

Still, at least it makes it simpler for those in the Dakka tower* to keep track of you hey Daniel? God knows how much harder this would be if you were any way competent at it?

I am disappointed that Sami continues to foster an environment that allows his activity, but at least while its a safe harbour, it's somewhere we know to keep an eye. As has been established, it is her right to run her page as she sees fit, it's just disappointing that not everyone is pulling in the same direction in this.

I highly suggest anyone being phone harassed by this guy to take out a restraining order at this point. Go to town Daniel, there are tons of rock solid proven cases in there. There's your proof, as if you didn't know. We don't need proof that Resin Forge did anything, (although there is tons of proof of lying and scamming there too, where are those registration #'s with the other names on them and where is that proof you went to the HH weekender?) we only need proof you are involved at all. You are the problem. You have the long, long history. You are untrustworthy at best. It doesn't matter what company you operate out of, if you are in it, it's a problem. Get it through your thick head.

On a sidenote, Daniel is claiming the Daniel Mandelbaum account on facebook isn't him. You know what? I am kinda sorta inclined to believe him... that account has been far too restrained, not compulsively and immediately answering back. Also, he is using his Daniel Charlie Frank alias and thinking that is transparent, which is more typically idiotic logic. Now, the problem I have, is he is saying someone on 'Dakka' is the one who created the Mandelbaum account.

Really Daniel? Based on what? Which of the 60000+ members or hundreds of thousands of forum goers is it? Is it that guy Brad? Brad the Dakka guy? What basis do you have for that? You really can't connect the double standard or how it makes you look even dumber can you? Guys, make sure you call his local PD to let them know about the harassment as well as your own local departments as well.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER.

I've already blocked every number I know of that they use to contact me - so really, if you're trying to find ways around that? Pretty sure that will qualify as stalking/harassment.

Especially as I've already told them to NOT contact me at all.

The very next time "Daniel Mandelbaum" or "Michael Mandelbaum" or anyone at all associated with either of them does so, I will contact their local Police Department and file a harassment complaint against them.

I do not want to ever hear from them again.

I also do not want to hear from anyone on their behalf.

No relatives, friends, business associates, customers, ex-wives, ex-girlfriends, current wives, current girlfriends, doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, pharmacists, etc.

In short: NO ONE.

So again, the very next phone call I get from them, any of them, will result in me calling their local Police Department along with my local Police Department.

The next step after that will then be getting the ball rolling on a Civil Harassment Order.

Civil Harassment Orders

CHOs may be filed against a person with whom you do not have a specific relationship. This may include:

A person you don't know who is stalking, harassing, committing violence, or threatening to do these to you and/or your children.
A person you know, but with whom you are not in a close relationship, who is stalking, harassing, committing violence, or threatening to do these to you and/or your children.

If for some strange reason, "Daniel" isn't reading this thread, if anyone in contact with them or "Resin Forge" wants to forward this on to them, that will be fine.

But THAT IS IT.

I consider myself ALL DONE with "Daniel" and company, and want NOTHING further to do with him. EVER.

I really, really, REALLY hope that is all clear enough now?

If ExiledMiniatures and Aerethan could PM me, I would appreciate it.

I wish to coordinate our efforts as well as get all of the necessary information lined up in case I need to contact their local PD.

Don't wait, do it now. He will never stop if he always knows there is a "until next time" warning. Any and all direct communication is doomed to fail as we all know by now. That's is why, Daniel Charlie Lovebird or whatever your name is now, any and all direct and indirect contact attempts will never be answered privately but only publicly. And we all know how much you love that when everybody sees how deranged you actually are.

Exactly. This clown can email me directly, or post on one of his many aliases walls on FB, he doesn't need his intermediaries, and he doesn't need to call people. He is just so nuts he can't understand why no one believes him about anything anymore. He doesn't get why he didn't get a free pass because he asked for it. He doesn't understand how ResinForge is considered a pile of garbage tarnished by his involvement beyond all redemption. He doesn't understand that at this point, any business he tries to pull in this community will rot in his hands before it gets off the ground because HE is the thing no one wants to deal with.

None of us want anything from you Daniel. You have nothing to offer. Nothing. The only thing you are doing is setting yourself up for legal actions to be taken, and you know what? I'm all for that. I don't think any of the people being harassed and stalked need to wait for anything at this point, just do it together, and call his local PD as well individually.
