This guy just doesn't give up...

We do not know all the people he is communicating with behind the scenes - there is a chance that there are really some who contacted him to buy stuff. This would be hard to do under a new alias.

Also: He did not publicly admit on Resin Forge that he is Daniel Mandelbaum or anything in that direction. You assume that everybody knows that, but only people coming here know that. The way he posted on Resin Forge his true believers have to be under the impresseion that he is "Kim". So technically he is not operating under his true identity. He just used his real name to communicate with MajorTom11 in two (or so) messages.

Correct me if I am wrong, but that's how I see it. There is no official association announced on his page that he is Mandelbaum and "back" at RF. He will most probably just delete all posts in that direction or claim that they were made up by us.

Well, I've shared the news with everyone who's liked my page and on my friends list. I gave them a warning to stay away.

He thinks he's being clever, but with over 2000 likes, only 4 people are praising his return? If we posted en-masse in all the GW groups on FB, he'd be ruined.

I was going over his Facebook page and it is completely clear that the whole new activity is undeniably connected to today's Games Day UK.

Nothing for months, and bang! Today a flurry of activity of reposting all available pictures (from other places) about the new Forge World products. Spaced in between statements like this:



Daniel is doing EXACTLY what he did before. He cashes in on general excitement about GD and the new minis. Just this time he didn't claim to go there personally and has the minis shipped instead - apparently he learned from the HH weekender debacle.

Again: he said he is about to be evicted. Ferrus Manus comes at 55 pounds per piece. Who pays for that???

Just to say - the hash tags #RESINFORGE and #RESINFORGESCAM are beginning to trend this evening on Twitter.... <innocent face>

WOW This Place blew up. I had a lot of catching up to do and I am still not caught up completely though BUT I will Make some statements here for the Masses.

I think it has been proved I am a true person and I have a very good reputation in the Table top community. If anyone has any questions as to who I am or what I do and where I live I will gladly address them Via PM here or on my Facebook page.

I was contacted BY PHONE by the person I know as Daniel Mandelbaum this past week. He discussed options to open his store Resin Forge to start doing business again. Our discussion was on several topics But I gave my advice as to what to do and how to deal with allegations of misconduct. My advice to Daniel was to Open your shop, run your business legit and to address ANY unhappy customers Quickly AND efficiently. This advice is nothing New or Special as it is how you run ANY business. This is not a surprise to anyone I hope.

As for the Dakka community demanding things of a company, this is the way business is done. Customers are the backbone of any business and it is the customers right to know who the give their business to and who they dont. It IS also the right of the business to state what they are willing to release to the public as far as Information. Its one of those "take it or leave it" type things. If you dont like the business or the way they are run you can take your business elsewhere. Its the BUSINESS that attracts customers and it will not succeed if it runs off all of its customer base though.

I do not personally know Daniel Mandelbaum, Alan Weston, Kim, Steph, Jason, Michael, or anyone else who is or is not connected to this Company legally or allegedly. I AM taking steps to have a personal friend (yet to be determined) to personally meet Face to face with Daniel to discuss some business I have with him from a few years ago before our communication was broken. This is Personal business that was interrupted and we need to clear up and has nothing to do with his resin forge store or anything else he is doing. I will state again Daniel has Yet to scam me personally and no one has supplied evidence to me that they have been scammed by him. He is Just like any other person I meet or do business with currently and will be that way until such time something changes.

Now I am not taking anyones side, as I do not have all the facts. I do not know what the bird video is and have never seen any video of Daniel or his company. I am and shall remain neutral until the weight of facts push me to one side or the other. I take a very strong stance against scams and thieves. BUT I have to know that there is something going on before I jump to conclusions.

I still have yet to post on any other thread but this one BUT I hope that will change soon as I have some projects I am working on and Some you will more than recognize, BUT as far as Resin forge goes I will bee keeping an eye on it as I encourage everyone here to do. BUT I also encourage honesty and integrity from all persons, Resin Forge and customers alike. If he runs his business Legit and works hard at building a good reputation Why should he NOT be allowed to conduct business??

The only thing I can say to you MJ is watch your side. Your backside. If you go into business with him, well, read the threads. The truth is in front of you.
Things may go great, but at some point he'll self destruct and take anyone he owes with him.

Ah Yes... I did arrange for him to meet up face to face once but it was about the time communications broke down and I lost touch. NOW some say that is convenient timing Im willing to arrange things again to meet face to face. Its how I like to do things honestly and IMHO if youre going to do business or run a business you need to know someone face to face. Plus Im pretty good at reading people face to face as is the the person Im hoping can meet with Daniel. We shall see though as Daniel did say he was willing to meet my Friend.

I have a address label from when I did make a purchase from Three Stage Studios. He told me he was in the Dallas area and I have Most of my Family there and know Many people in the East Dallas area. I am familiar with the area but do not honestly know where he lives No. Also he may have several addresses in the area if He has Family there. When I go to the area I have 5-6 different places I crash So this is not uncommon for me so I assume it may not be uncommon for someone else. However it IS uncommon for someone living in the area agreed.

And for those interested the "Serious Business" was ideas for product lines and such that I cannot complete without Daniels Consent/input. While we were talking about working together as a team I am not associated with any of his endeavors and he is not in any way associated with my Company. Those talks were in the works for commissioned sculpts and other things that until I paid for the sculpts OR they were released to me for production I cannot do anything with. Ergo I need to talk with Daniel to Close up some of our previous business from some time ago to continue or scap some products for MY company.

Joe I have to agree. No offence, but the evidence is red-handed and overwhelming. There is zero doubt this man has a history of scamming. He also just got or pretended to be his father and issued a physical threat to me, which I am sure you agree is deplorable. This is after the response to the message you forwarded to me no less. So, please, neutrality is a bit of a stretch at this point if you have looked into things as you say you have.

2 things to bring up for digestion here -

'Michael' (who seems to have the same genetic inability to spell, caplock and swears like a 20 year old street kid, which is impressive for a 50-60 Jewish man) used my mention of Daniel's mother, Susan Beasley, as his excuse for making his threats of physical harm on me. Now, this is impressively idiotic as Daniel himself says he brought her 'into the business' in his previous message just today. That, and he was caught red-handed admitting it was him pretending to be her. Other than saying she was an alias, I would love to know what it is that I or anyone has said about the woman other than it was insanely disrespectful to use her like that. Is that an insult? Lol, I would think it is pretty nice to Susan if anything. So save the indignant crap. You brought her into this, no one has attacked her, we've condemned you for using her to hide yourself. And you do so love hiding.

Next thing, and this is important as has been pointed out by Inquisitor S, Mandelbaum and Resinforge said just yesterday they are re-opening because they are absolutely desperate, have no money and are about to be evicted. They had to sell the stock they had to not turn into hobos. That was the direct reason given. Now, Mandelbaum is advertising FW pre-release stuff and new stock. It doesn't take a genius to figure out either he was lying about being evicted and was trying to manipulate the community (granted, he failed), or he is again selling things he doesn't have in hand, meaning, he is running another ponzi scam.

Be extremely wary. Don't buy from this man or this company. He is and always will be a filthy liar and cheat.

asking for a second chance, starting with a clean slate, is hard enough...
asking for a sixth chance is a bit of a stretch...
this guy's behavior has been despicable for years...
YEARS!!!

Apparently, he seems to think using the name 'Daniel Charlie Frank' is the same as saying 'Daniel Mandelbaum' when posting ads for RF. He is very upset that I said he wasn't admitting it was Daniel Mandelbaum... LOL. Incredible intellect this one, his logic is about as good as his spelling and grammar.

To be fair, I liked his pages just so I can be alerted when he updates them. It's nice to see what he is up to.

So he has his Daniel Mandelbaum account, but uses Daniel Charlie Frank to advertise RF too... He can't help himself, must have at least 1 alias going at all times, even when he is using his own name and saying the same thing on the other one! This guy has more issues than rolling stone...

If Mandelbaum is short of cash and needs it quickly, he could sell his bits collection to a bits seller. He could have a deal done in a day or two, the money in his pocket and the stock out of his cellar.

That wouldn't allow him to be the star of his own soap opera though.
