Going to fall short of my 13 goblins per day goal for Sat.

But thats an acceptable trade off for the local shops Path To Glory campaing being able to pick up this evening.
(albeit with masks, limited people, etc - the important thing is that my round 4 opponent can make it)
So 11 goblins get bumped onto next weeks painting queue

Gluing the Vindicator together, forgot how heavy the metal is

Weathered(chipping wear and tear and dust) police vehicles scout car and Rheboks, waiting for this to dry to give finishing cotes, dull for most and gloss for lenses (on top of bieng painted to look shiny)

Gotta paint about 15/15 goblins this evening.

In-between groups of 5 goblins ill also build a box of Dark Age Irish Warriors from War Games Atlantic.

Finished metal Jain Zar for the Monthly Painting Competition.

Not a great sculpt by any means, but one that lasted over twenty years before a recent replacement.

I finished the marking on my knight's pauldron. I need to do all the weapon options next and then I'm almost ready to varnish and start the decals.

After far, far, faaaaaaaaaaar too long...I finished building my Crassus Armoured Assault Transport.

I've been working on a diorama type thing that i've been working at on and off for a bit, it's going to be an alienish looking farm that will hopefully work for both wargaming and model trains.

Green-stuffing robe seams for the last 50 Skitarii. Wooooo?

Working on a Charlie Foxtrot models mdf house for Normandy, also base coated my army of the dead from pelennor fields and will itwas nice and hot managed to put some filler on a couple of rock outcrops for my Rohan terrain collection.

to be fair its actually two units plus an officer...

Stuck in limbo waiting on some stuff to finish a few models, so I built a base for my Hurricane air support from some bits and bobs. I'm not sure what else I can get into today without some things in the post.

In-between painting batches of goblins today I managed to assemble a box of Dark Age Irish Warriors from War Games Atlantic.

Fairly nice models, 30 per box with plenty of weapon & shield choices, but very fiddly little bits compared to GW stuff. Especially the heads. In addition some of them have a little nub & socket on the weapon arm/shoulder & others don't. So if you decide you want this weapon on that torso you have to trim off the torsos shoulder nub.

They're also cheap enough that another box (+ the existing shields I didn't use) will provide enough extras to completely outfit my goblins with small round shields.

Waiting on grass...



Also, building fences...and based this Easy Model 1/72 plane for my Battlegroup - it's out of scale, obviously, but as a flying plane I don't think it matters so much.

Stocktake of my 40k models to prep for the new edition, finishing off the last of my League of Assassins for Batman, starting the starter set Batman model and 3 Terracotta Warriors for Malifaux

Did terrain of course.

Modelling up my beloved roos with tons of guns.

Making terrain tiles for a hex map and flicking through Osprey's Dux Bellorum.

Finishing up at least 37 goblins (3 separate units), trying not to fall too far behind my weekly goal.

started painting the two regiments of French infantry, primed, flesh tones done, trousers & boots done, greatcoats have a mix of browns and greys applied that will get washed and highlighted tomorrow.

then the detail bits start that take an age, still its not like I'm going anywhere

also pondering combining the electronics and micro controller pile of stuff bought for a slot car project but that has 'spares' with the Repulsive that came with the magazine series. Blinkenlights at least

Finally dipped most of the undead that have been waiting for decent weather, like we’ve had a month+ of now.

Working on some more terrain that could be used for 40K or Necromunda.

Baneblade fitting blood and skulls centralised turret plate, and extending turret + milli-put for cast finish.

Space marine HKs and sentinel rocket pods magnetised for the Kangas.

I need to get at least 12, and preferably 24, goblins finished up today.

And then this evening I have an AoS Path to Glory match to play in the shops campaign.
My Beastmen vs the Sylvanith. One of us (the Sylvanith) is going to lose their undefeated status tonight.

:( Although I mauled the tree folk they squeaked out a 1pt victory at the last moment thanks to being able to teleport a unit between awakened woods & steal an objective from me.
