I am going to challenge my sister to a game of frostgrave, wherein there shall be wizardry of the mightiest to be found on dollar store card table.. it's the two player coop scenario though so i guess it's not quite a "challenge"

Built some custom Daemon Princes and will prime them shortly...hell I might actually paint some tonight too.

Finished the Daemon Prince:



Will maybe start on his winged buddy shortly.

I nrecently picked up three E-100 Super Heavy Tanks in 1/56th scale for my alt-history German forces. They're 3D printed and the detail's fairly poor, so today's been me re-doing one of them to bring it up to scratch.

As for me, I'm going to try and finish my last two death guard models and paint my first squad of Rainbow Warriors, since I leave to go diving for a week tomorrow...

Assmbled a Tempestor Prime. Was really annoyed to see that he only comes with a dagger but you have to give him a power sword at a minimum. Will have to find a right handed power sword now.

Doing everything I can to avoid assembling the hotshot riflemen. Those stupid packs never line up with cables from the guns.

Well I finished building the next pair, so I have four completed scratch built 40K shipping containers. Now I need to paint them.

Primed everything for my 1000 pt UCM fleet. If I didn't have a lot more to do if prime all of the ships

Assembled and magnetized a Knight.

Found some flaws in some of the shipping containers I built. So spent some time sanding down some of the styrene strips to make certain the sit even on any side. Also but some models I wanted to disassemble in the freezer to weaken the glue bonds, but Mrs Captain Brown found them and removed them. :(

Was building tempestus when the leaks broke and I realized that they can't be fielded in any detachment bigger than a battalion. Going to assemble them out of spite now.

Finished the winged brother of the Daemon Prince from a few days back...



Hobbywise: worked on my Swooping Hawk exarch...stripping down another squad of Swooping Hawks --- re-modeling some War Walkers using Robotech battlepod bits...

Used Grey Spray Primer on my four Shipping Containers, I think I will two in Dark Green and two in Grey.

Primed the rest of my UCM cruisers and Avalon. Not a fan of priming at night (too dark to accurately see missed spots) or else I would have finished off the frigates too.

Converting / kitbashing & painting 2 Chaos Vindicator and a Rhino for my Homebrew Warband ^^

So I primed my four scratch built shipping containers and the spray raised dust/rough spots on the corrugated cardboard I had used (what is worse I spent 30 minutes sanding them all down to prevent this prior to assembly). Seems I may have to do some more sanding, but it will be difficult with the polystyrene frames.

So I ended up winning the local AoS league after a disastrous start. Ended up surviving placements due to a number of players dropping out, then proceeded to take narrow victories all through the final heat against some great opponents, capped off with a rematch against the Bretonian player who I'd played at the start, this time properly knowing my army.

Then I went ahead and signed up for the next one. Reworked the list a bit, keeping the branchwych on a balewind vortex, looking for a good model to use as a base to convert a crazy swamp-dwelling lore master.

Primed my remaining UCM ships (6 frigates and 6 corvettes).

Cut, cleaned and assembled a Vyper jetbike for painting tomorrow. Finished three swooping hawks (including an Exarch).

Next on the painting table is 52 Pox Walkers. Going to attempt to production line the whole lot at once!

Finished five intercessors for my primaris force.
Only five more and my space marines will be finally done.

After that, I'm down to 20 GSC acolytes and the zombies from black plague zombicide to have zero minis left to paint

Plan on building more of my MDF Industrial terrain today and, if I have time, Finish building my Inquisitor for Inq28

Began the labor intensive process of manually sanding the corrugated cardboard again to smooth the exposed parts down.
