Yeah I'm out, international shipping and not as many figures in core I like compared to Vampire, most of what I wanted was in either expansion or addons and they're not out and out as good a deal. Combine that with a tonne of work that needs doing on the car thanks to a failed MOT the month after the insurance and it's a nono. Will definitely have to pick up the minotaur demon at retail if it turns out well in bones.

I do hope those sell like hot cakes both as add-ons and after the campaign in order to help them decide to make more stuff like that.

Big, bad, dragon...versatile terrain...group of adventurers.

I can't think of anything that would really make that better - except of course another item along the same lines (perhaps a sci-fi/modern one with a blown out building and some bad ass soldiers fighting off a big stompy alien robot).

Could definitely see that sort of thing becoming very popular.

Does reaper allow additions to your pledge after the KS in their pledge manager?

For the KS price, that kit is amazing. For the rumored $100 retail price... not so much. Bones is great, but its greatest strength is its low price point. For $100, you better believe every miniature had better have a perfect nose and no bent weapons.

Yeah until dec 31st, via paypal. They don't unlock any more stretch goals though. But lets you get some more paychecks in.

IIRC they said kaladrax and nethy would be about 100, and they worked out to be cheaper retail as well. So, he could be estimating high. Retail price also depends on the quantity that get pressed.

Hmm, was about to put in a $1 to add to later, but shipping in 14 months (which I'm certain is completely reasonable) pushes this out of my reasonable impulse purchase window.

The deal's not great (so many monster repeats... wtf) but you'll pay war more 14 months from now.

What sealed it for me was what I'd be paying for just the core stuff I wanted.

And going up about $1000 per minute with no slow down as of yet. Getting a pretty descent sized flood of backers too - something like 1.5 or so per minute.

Hmm - they split the price of the ruins set a little awkwardly. $30 gets you the ruins themselves, and then $5 adds the dragon and all the adventurers?

I'm tempted to get the ruins as some cheap terrain - and then sell the no-brainer dragon and adventurers for way more than $5.

Something to ponder these next 3 hours ...

I'm guessing that they don't want to have to split the packages and send things individually so they are charging a bit of a premium for having to break a box down. Or flipped around, a bit of a discount for not having to break a box down.

They seem to be working hard to streamline shipping this time around.

Definitely am grabbing the ruins; already threw 35 more dollars at my pledge. I am tempted to get a second set, but I think I will wait and grab some of the ruins bits at retail. I can't help but think there will be a "Bones 3: The Terraining" coming in a few months. Or well before I get to actually building and painting more terrain, at anyrate.

Oh man, that Dragons Don't Share diorama is looking better and better. You don't have to pay until late December, right? Or does the card get charged when the pledge closes?

Card charged immediately. You can add money later, though, and that I think would happen in december or whenever.

Kickstarter charges you when the campaign ends (today).

Reaper will let you add to that amount till December through their pledge manager.

Yeah, I gotta pass on that then. Awesome as it is, and $35 is a cheap price, pushing it past $251 is just too much. I'll grab it when it hits ebay.

15k to go, and over 2 hours. I wonder what the next stretch goal will be? Tiamat?

If you make the difference by the end of December you can add it in on your pledge manager and that usually is paid via paypal or whatever, so you mayprobably can still get them at the Ks price, just not today?

They acted like tiamat wasn't a thing that was happening, then again they acted like the not-tarrasque wasn't happening too. And now its barely 6.5k!

Oh goddamnit Reaper... you HAD to add a great 20$ add on at 3 million. Here I was thinking I would scoot out with less than 100$.

*sigh* At least my sisters of battle have been selling well :(

We'll see. They may not have wanted to end with an unfulfilled stretch goal.

With 2 hours left to go - I wouldn't be surprised if they dropped another two "Thank You" goals (not saying they will...they are too busy at the party right now to take calls). Still a long time in KS time.

This important info was also just posted

If your package is lost it is up to you to file your lost package claim. If it shows up back here we will contact you. We can help you in your claim process by providing you with any documentation you need, BUT you must file and manage the claims process yourself. Your shipment tracking number in all cases is included in the email that notifies you that your package has shipped. Below are links to start the process if your package is lost.

If your package is shipped UPS:

http://www.ups.com/content/us/en/resources/service/claims/hlp/

lost_process.html

International - If your package is shipped US Postal Service (USPS)

https://www.usps.com/ship/file-international-claims.htm

Domestic - If your package is shipped US Postal Service (USPS)

https://www.usps.com/ship/file-domestic-claims.htm

so international backers have a difficult time if their package goes missing:

you have to ring the USA,

you have to submit the original mailing recipt (presumably reaper will have to send it to you and if it goes missing hard luck)

disappointed reaper are doing it this way
