Same here, no tracking number. I assume they exist somewhere though as these are large boxes distro'd by couriers that deliver on Sunday apparently (*shakes fist as Snrub*).

It's what you get for living in the middle of no where.

I'll try and do something helpful here.
I went through the KS page and tallied up everything you get in the Stronghold set + all the free stretch goals.
So people can use this as a reference point to see what they should have when their packages arrive. Hopefully it's be useful to someone.
Excellent, thanks for that. It wouldn't hurt to check and make sure I got everything, and I'll need to watch the videos again and there's a link. Good man.

Any chance someone could put together a one-level map of a "sweet spot" pledge? Roughly how much stuff did you get in terms of, say, Terraclips sets and clips, or Dwarven Forge I KS sets? I'm having trouble visualizing Snrub's much appreciated list. Thanks in advance!
Thanks Snrub. My stuff got delivered yesterday, but since I don't live at my mailing address and do a mail pickup once a week - and have things on this and next weekend, it could be 3 weeks before I can unbox and inventory my stuff.
Did they work out which pens are the new hotness yet? That's something I can get hold of in the meantime...
Hey Az, your in Melbourne yeah? Maybe I could pick up your set for you.... Yeah... I'll save you some time and pick it up and assemble it..
Um, regarding the Pens. In the penning video on the website, Colin talks about using "Pantone colours" by electraset(?) and a certain type of Fabercastell marker.
After a very quick search I found these Pantone pens. I'm not sure if they were the same ones Colin uses in the Vid though. They look a wee bit different. Maybe someone else will have better luck.
Ced, what exactly are you asking for? Do you want a shot of all the sheets laid out next to each other or do you want a shot of everything assembled and set up?
The pens are out of production the current equivalent is the Letraset pro.
The turbine/ rust colour is Saffron. The locker green is Lime Zest.
I'm not sure on the rest as the local store only had a limited range. I tried raw sienna on the dark browns it look fine until it dried and then it was a little to light. One thing I've noticed the marker colours are a lot lighter than you expect to have to use.

Ideally, everything assembled and set up, but, yes, that's a lot to ask, especially with the penning (whoops, skipped that part). Maybe a shot of something assembled before the next BSKS ends? Thanks in advance.
I guess if anyone has an idea of roughly how much sheets / stuff you get of BS vs. Terraclips (or Dwarven Forge), that would help me get an idea of what to expect at the $100 level (including SGs) of the next KS.
Also, *very* glad that they're doing a fantasy terrain second. Demand would be higher, and they're gaining valuable experience from their first KS.
Expect a Dungeon Saga EB slot to open soon...

Are there any updates on this (the pens, not the KS) - I'm picking up my pledge tonight, and I'd really love to find out the correct pens ASAP so I can order them, since I don't want to start assembly until after I've super glued down the edges, which I can't do until I find out the current "best match" pens for all of the surfaces...

And THIS is why all my toys are still in boxes ; p "I can't assemble these SMs until I get X to kitbash them with." "I can't paint these guys until I practice this technique on something gakky." "I can't paint these Dreamforge until I get the rest of the order." <-- this ones a killer ; p
Oh, picking mine up from the depot today too yaaay!

At least we've got a good chance of getting the right pens before 2015. (and yeah - that is the reason myDFG stuff is still all boxed and on sprue - a desire for consistency that's been overtaken by a change of focus to fantasy figures during the never-ending wait for the rest of the DFG stuff...)
Still, I'm at 236 figures painted/finished this year, which is a best-ever excepting possibly in my teens when my paint was sometimes ...slightly less good.
Automatically Appended Next Post: I sent them a PM after posting earlier, and they were kind enough to reply very quickly:
Hi Azazel,
Thanks for the email, the pens are a real issue as there does not seem to be a cross reference and Letraset were unhelpful /
However I am looking at other pens, Kromacolour and Copic are really good and I'm working on getting the codes, but will need to visit a super store and buy and test lots of pens.
The good news is simple felt pens work fine even cheap ones, (just don't get kid friendly washable ones) or if you take a couple of components to your store that sells the graphic pens and some off cut frames from the popped out card, you can test a few colour there and then buy just what you need. You will only really need a few colours
Brown/orange colour = Struts, Turbines, Conduits or any of the brown rusty iron textures.
Strong Black and Yellow = for any hazard markings (if you have those add-ons)
Light green = Lockers, Bunk Beds (if you have the add-on with the lockers)
When you glue-edge the Clone Chamber and Wall Console the glue actually deepens the colour of the edge of the card and looks great on both so no need to pen those.
That's petty much it, you can use a light brown for some of the crates if you want and all the Walls, Ramps, Railings, Walkways etc do not need penning now as the card is a similar colour. The brown/orange is the most important pen to get as this brings those rusty iron metal items to life and they benefit the most.
So, basically I won't even bother opening the box for a few weeks or more until someone works out the codes since there's little point in the interim. /sigh

Well we are getting more and more photos of people building their Strongholds and Hulks, it's crazy seeing these as I still think this stuff is mine, "Hey you!!! Give that back, where did you get that, it's mine!". Even Wayne had to pry terrain pieces out of my hands and he never got a set of his own until we had the main stock delivered. (And very happy I was walking out of the warehouse with my own set. Unfortunately I forgot to swipe some add-ons! - Wayne)
Seeing the terrain out there with minis all over it in mid game is just amazing. It takes us back to the public game test we did with the Alien v Predator the miniatures game, but this time we don't have to box up the terrain and take it back to Battle Systems Towers. lol
Keep those photos coming though, it's truly amazing for us to see this around the world and those photos just by themselves have made the whole project worth while. We are truly happy.
Shipping...
With an estimated 50% of our backers in possession of their terrain (probably just a little over that) and the rest in transit we are expecting another surge of emails and pictures coming when the remainder starts to arrive over the next 7 days. Although some will be a little longer depending on who your local courier is and how they handle parcels where you are.
take some time and don't forget the card frames that are left behind.
Shipping emails...
When Wayland send an email to confirm dispatch this is normally at the point they print the label for your parcel as we understand it. Your box of goodies is then placed on a pallet and waits until the other orders for your destination are processed. The pallet itself may not leave for another few days and so the actual dispatch date could be 3, 4 maybe 7 days later. Once it has dispatched (the pallet finally leaves) we expect the bulk of backers should be looking at a delivery time of 5-10 working days. So probably a couple of weeks. Pallets have gone now, but you may have had the email some time ago. (If you haven't received your goods or a notification by 8th September please contact us or Wayland games directly at: support@waylandgames.co.uk - Wayne)
Here's Wayne in action a couple of weeks ago with your stretch goals. He's the man.
[Wouldn't let me copy the video]
The oddities of shipping...
We are getting instances of people not receiving their email from Wayland, but getting their delivery anyway, and others getting their delivery on one day, then getting the email a few days later. We have no idea why, but rest assured that the parcels are in transit and making their way around the world, some faster than others.
Dungeon Kickstarter...
Of course you may be slightly aware that we will be launching our next KS TONIGHT at 8pm (20:00 hours) UK time. We have had this planned for many months and in fact just like the sci-fi terrain it's been in development for over 18 months. So what have we learned? Loads actually, both while developing, after testing ourself with final working sets from the manufactures and also over the last couple of weeks with the fantastic feedback provided by you. We have already learned how to reduce the amount of slot adjustments as just one example.
To be honest the feedback has been overwhelmingly and massively positive and has surpassed our expectations. You guys have been crucial in the final development of this new line of products and if we continue to do well we will indeed be expanding our range of terrain with new genres and also in the current sci-fi and fantasy lines. - We need more spaceships.
We thank you all for your support and making this terrain possible, not just in funding, but by guiding us in how a KS should be run (you told us what to do and held our hands) but also stayed with us through the production process and gave constant feedback. Pure synergy.
Anyway here is the Fantasy version of the Stronghold, hope to see many of you tonight for the next instalment of flexible 3D terrain to make your game surroundings as good as your figures.
"Yes sir/Madam, come forward and witness the Fantasy Dungeon".
Here is the exclusive we revealed on our blog this week... just in case you missed it.
We will continue to post updates here for the sci-fi project periodically and as needed, but do join us in the new updates for the Fantasy Dungeon KS.

Good info! Hmmm to wait for them to do the legwork or to rush out and start testing pens... *leans back to watch the fantasy battle system pledge* ; p

Damn that's good going! I think I'm at about 80 done with several hundred new minis added to the "to-do" list this year -_-
Speaking of the leftover sheets, can anyone think of a use for them?

Possibly as scrap barricades? They're mostly white/grey inbetween color right? Use them like you would any other flat material like that, something to put screens and other printouts on maybe.

Just got my set today, woohoo. Timing-wise not bad at all, I was expecting a much longer wait. The delivery guy actually brought it last Friday apparently, but I wasn't expecting it so there was no one home to receive it. Today was the second delivery attempt ^^

For those backers patiently waiting for their sets to arrive (mostly international) virtually all of the sets have been sent out. The bottleneck now is individual customs and local couriers. If you haven’t received your order by the 8th September 2014 please let us know or email Wayland Games direct at support@waylandgames.co.uk
