PS: The Canoness model as the Mistress of Repentia was just such a good idea.

Thanks, I just couldn't stomach the actual Mistress model.

Got to work on the Gold effect for all the armor plates and what not tonight.

First layer of Gold with a wash of Aggrax Earthshade.

A light drybrush with the original gold with a bit of stipling to get it to look even with only small recesses.

Light drybrush of mithril silver, small bit of stipling, and a light layer of Aggrax Earthshade.

The same three steps on the loose plates from the Sacred Rose Repressor.

Small update of my original Argent Shroud Sisters units. Still need some highlighting done and bases finished off. But there are other projects in the way...

Thinking of going with all red robes instead of white/red, thoughts?

Looking really good. I'd keep the white/red, it looks really good with the black and silver.

Very nice force, argent shroud is one of my favourite sisters paint schemes. I agree with EDC the white/red is a more striking scheme in my opinion and I'd go with that.

I agree. Your work is great, and I wouldn't mess with things at this point.

Fantastic update dracpanzer,

Tough call on the robes because the white is so similar to the silver armour, but that would mean repainting a lot of models. I say stick with what you have...if you really want to try the change pick a single squad to test it on...usually a squad you only have one of in the army (I would suggest Celestians, but I know your thoughts on them is the same as mine. )

Hope that helps,

CB

Looking great man! Really making me nostalgic for my old 40k sisters from years back.

Thanks for the comments guys, I will keep the white in place. I still have to work on all of the robes, white isn't washed or highlighted, red isn't highlighted.

Got some work done on my Argent Shroud Repressor today. Going back to first shift permanently at the end of the week, so hopefully my painting time will pick up. Thoughts and comments appreciated.

Got the chance to get some work done on my Argent Shroud repressor today. While waiting for paint to dry I got some work done on the Sacred Rose repressor as well. They aren't finished, but are coming along nicely. Thoughts and Comments appreciated!

Wow DP, those tanks look fantastic all together in a group. What an impressive display they'll make on the tabletop. Congrats!

Pics aren't all that great, but the last repressor is almost complete. Just need to add the murals and decals.

Thoughts and Comments appreciated.

Most certainly, I'm not sure if I will field her, but she will be getting painted up. Assuming I can get one, did GW announce on FB that she would be available Direct after the initial shipment sells out?

Thanks everyone, the last repressor will hopefully be completed tonight. 750 point team tourney this weekend will be their first run in a competitive sense if I don't have to work.

Got some time in today to play a game against my Sons brand new Dark Eldar Reaver army. Played a Maelstrom mission to a 16-15 come from behind in turn six win on my current city fight table project.

Got all six of my Repressors on the table, was a lot of fun.
