I would try to cut that leech off, but it has probably attached itself to so much of your brain that it has, in fact, become you.

Well I got good news... and "alright" news! First good news operation was a success! Now the "alright" news we injected the creature with alot of the FEV virus and lets just say it sorta leaked into your brain... and the creature can talk now pretty impressive but that's beside the point! Lets just say you may grow three feet turn green and become a monster! Or you may grow another limb OR you can turn into a tyranid hybrid Or many other variables....

Well FEV is a virus called forced evolutionary virus... and let's just say the creature that was latched to your brain has evolved alot... honestly thinking about promoting him into a scientist even though it's a monster!

As for me! No my skull is grafted to my armor so its almost impossible to let that parasite into my brain!

As for you... well yeah your sterilization is the least of your worries I would be more alarmed with sudden mutations. Also getting cloned or remade as the alien called it proably won't help considering your DNA is all messed up... so being remade could be a bad idea!
