*Kabal fortress goes into lockdown, leaving only WK, BC Amelia, The Archon and the Engi inside*

*Archon tumbles and takes the knife to the back, but doesn't get instakilled cause hacks*

[Tips a small vial of liquid into Amelia's mouth] It's only anaesthetic, but it will lower your pulse enough to slow the bleeding. It's no long term solution. [Wraps her in greatcoat and squares up with Archon]

**Sgt. Vanden**

*Blocks thrusts with hand*

*Makes a small cut with venom blade across spy's arm*

*Paralysis poison kicks in immediately*

*Gets up and dusts self off*

*Engi casts spell on Spy*

*Last comment by BC stops the Archon in her tracks*

*Throws weapons into air*

*Gets onto the loudspeaker*

*Contacts command center, Battlecruiser drops from orbit and hovers over battlefield, aiming its Yamato cannon on the door.*

"Fall back, men. This is going to be big!"

*Battlecruiser charges and fires Yamato cannon, obliterating the door and a good chunk of the fortress*

"Now get in there and secure the girl. Go, go, go!"

*Bale eye catches the archon in the chest*

*Falls backwards into wall*

*Empties full magazine in the direction of Amelia and BC*

[throws the falling body of the Engineer in between the Archon and BC/Amelia, all the splinters impact his body]

*A dropship's engine whine can be heard approaching the blown-apart side of the fortress*

"Commissar, you and your lady should get into the dropship and let our medics help. We'll get you to safety aboard the cruiser."

*Contacts base and tells them to prepare to evacuate*

"Marines, we are LEAVING!"

Forgive me for this. [pulls Amelia over shoulder, runs to the balcony and jumps over as the ammo spray catches up and hits other shoulder]
Fethfethfethfethfeth that stings... [Freefalling]

**Sgt. Vanden**

*Shards pierce engi's body, and continues towards the pair*

OOC IM FREEEEEEEFFAAAALLLLIINNN!!

*Sees BC and Amelia jump from balcony*

"Feth! Pilot, fly down and lets grab them from the air. You'll earn your wings today!"

*Dropship dives down and catches BC and Amelia in its open hatch, then starts flying toward the battlecruiser*

[Rolls carefully upon landing, taking most of the impact across the shoulders]

I would fething glass this fething planet if not for people still down there.

[leaps off the balcony, and behind me erupts an epic looking explosion]
[somehow manages to land on the Dropship's hatch]
[adjusts tie and walks calmly into the dropship]
