For those of you 40k lore buffs, is there any material that indicates there are Necron tomb worlds within the Tau Empire?

Kau'Mais turned out to have a Tomb World for a moon, and the Tau world of Kronus also turned out to have a Necron presence.
On Kau'Mais, the Necrons saved the Tau from the Tyranids, then landed on the world, spent a few days to drink in the celebrations; then killed everyone on the planet.

Oh, those lovely Necrons doing Necron stuff! In general, I'd say that there really can't be any definite info on what world is an actual tomb world or not as there are only two ways to find out: a) wait until it awakens (and die) b) explore it on foot, discover Necrons in hiding (and die)

Can Kronus really count? It was originally an Imperial Colony before the new tenants took ownership.

You can almost see the Necron Lord nodding at the Tau showing him around the planet until he decides he's bored in the middle of a Water Caste extolling the virtues of the greater good to him and tells his soldiers to get killing.

I recall the folks on Arthas Moloch that Farsight got his sword from were implied to be Necrons back in the last Codex but I'm not sure if that's been retconned or not.

Well it was covered with warp artifacts and had a temple to Chaos, so I wouldn't say they were Necrons.

The Eastern Fringe is full of Tombworlds, so it would not surprise me if several of those worlds are Tombworlds.
A Dynasty like the Maynarkh awakening in that area would be bad news bears for the Tau.

Could Q-15 and N'Dras be Tomb Worlds?
Cano'var is one such world, though not listed on the Tau map.

Basically, any world could be a Tomb World. Things tend to get buried over billions of years.
There are likely dozens of Tomb Worlds within the Tau empire.

That very likely is some of the best fluff in W40K, and certainly among my top favorites. Necrons blow the nids off the planet and save the Tau. Tau then throw a thank-you festival for the Necrons saving them. Necrons then land, kill everyone at the festival first, then move on to exterminate the rest of the planet. And people say the Necrons are emotionless automatons- that's obviously the work of a master troll.

It speaks perfectly about the kind of setting 40k is.
One faction saves you from another, only to immediately turn around and kill you themselves.
