Imperial Guard (will always be called this by me. Astra milla whatever means nothing to me)
0-2 senior officer squads (never a bad choice, no upgrades)
How about lots of Primaris Psykers Lvl 1 only, sure everyone need lots of Prescience (may not be in the new rules but lets assume it is) one for every manticore, hydra, and heavy weapon team
minimum Platoons no upgrades just to get, lots of flakk missle launcher teams 21+ I think I have 28 (I own steel legion each box set came with one and I bought a ebay lot of heavy weapon teams which had several) or stick with Hydras how many do you want? facing Flyrants, Harpies and Crones take more.
3-5 Manticores
2-3 Wyverns
nothing is in squadrons and spread out make it impossible for your opponent to cause multiple pens in one shot.
Whats that you went 1st ok I might lose, potential exists that I could come back.
I went first good luck going 2nd, unless you have alot of FMC...did I mention taking more hydras or flakk cause very little on the ground is going to be living.

I have a peanut allergy. It's really inconsiderate.

My personal-fluff friendly unbound army:
1 Officio Prefectus Comissar
3 Veteran squads (+ Chimaeras opt.)
4 Bane Wolfs
3 Hellhounds
3 Devil Dogs
2 squads of ratlings (5)
3 Gryphons
The list would be based on the fanfiction I am currently (getting round to) writing, and mainly for the purpose of aesthetics rather than killy power.

17 Ravagers with Dark Lances, for a total of 52 S8 AP2 Lance shots.
Basically, averages 4 dead Riptides a turn, and 17 hull point damage to Leman Russ spam armies per turn, with about 4~ explodes results.
Even against infantry, you're doing 28~ wounds a turn, and you can evade the blobs all day long firing at full BS with every gun due to 12'' movement.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.

In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
