I like those cops. Well, the one with the shades looks a bit roughly sculpted, but the other two are ace. They're also "new" if I'm not mistaken. I couldn't find them in the cabinet shot from back in the day at least.

Making them a 40k SG, though. Blergh. 30k would've been enough, no? How many mechanics are left that have no acolytes yet to corrupt them? This needs more Sins.

Still better than those fugly Blood Rage plastic tokens, though (I waaant my copy already :( )

Looking for a Skaven Doomwheel banner to repair my Nurgle knights.

Super fake sg's, but as long as I end up with enough stuffs I won't blame them for being greedy and pinching a few hundred thousand pennies here and there.

Some neat cultists and deep ones for Strange Aeons, at least. Little greed guys are perfect, been looking for some small demons to stand in for plauge dogs for my CSM plauge Deadzone army.

According to Thiago in the comments section, there will not be 3d plastic tokens for things like corruption and fire as sometimes they are used as hidden tokens by placing them face down.

I didn't see if anyone mentioned it but the pride controller looks like the fishbowl head guy from the second HB movie.

I think one of the things I like most about all of these KS that are featuring Cthulhu type monsters, is after getting all of them, you can actually field all of the children of the Black Goat.

Some what of a shame about the counters but I can see why now. Hope they add more dice to the base set seven doesn't quite seem like enough with the exploding mechanic for both players. The art book is a nice little add though I am still waiting to pledge till a good push is needed. I hope the slow progression of pledges continues and doesn't exceed the current sgs until more are revealed. Rather than people blowing a load going past expectations and sg prices or rewards are jacked up or altered.

I am totally in even if just for the miniatures. The gameplay does look pretty good though and the corruption mechanic gives it something a bit different from the norm.

Dropped my EB yesterday. Dark Age Fort, Warpath, Dropfleet Commander and the Battletech PC game KS' are gonna drain my funds and The Others had to get cut.

Painted miniatures: Heroes and Hell Club!

Hey Sinners!

Many of you may have already seen the amazing miniatures painted by Studio McVey, either at Gen Con, or at our Facebook page. For those who missed them, or just want a better look at them, here they are!

We remind you that these are studio painted miniatures. The miniatures in the game come unpainted and pre-assembled.

Let's start with the heroes of FAITH:

Brad and Leah

Thorley and Morgana

Rocco and Rose

Karl in Human and Wolf form

Now let's take a look at the Hell Club members:

Flay, Doctor Gan, and Marguerite

Grin, Gourd & Vex

We'll be showing more of these stunning studio painted figures in future updates.

Have FAITH!

All painted by Robert Carlsson who has been Studio McVeys go to painter for the last while he did all the Blood Rage stuff as well. Usual disclaimer all painted miniatures are resin not the final game PVC.

I think from what we've seen so fat though the 'production' miniatures look really good too.

Though I would've welcomed a 'resin minis' pledge option too.

Maybe McVey will offer them later on?

He didn't rule it out when asked about it before but this was back in June 2014. They do a limited run of all the miniatures in resin for testing and painting but I don't think there's any chance of getting them in the KS that's not what CMoN do with their boardgame products. There have been no additions to the SMV store in over a year he's just too busy with other things there are yet more projects on the horizon that they are working on so no time to release anything the other work is more than enough for them. The problem then is the longer it gets pushed out the more likely it is to be forgotten about.

I haven't seen the zombicide pieces (kicking myself because I was in a store that had them yesterday but didn't look), however, if the Rum and Bones pieces are an indication, I'll be happy to have these in production. There was a little detail lost but it's easily on par or better than Bones so I'll take it

Lust will be in...soon!

If we reach $430k, all backers will get the miniature for the Lust Controller, 12 Lust Sin Cards, and the Lust Sin Board!

Fighting against Lust can be very distracting for heroes. They'll be hard-pressed to control their basic instincts and avoid sinking into perversion. Proximity to their fellow team members will be a temptation too great to resist. When the Lust Sin is in play, if a hero ends their turn in the same space as another hero, they both take one Corruption. What takes place there is left to the imagination...

The Lust Sin cards explore this even more, punishing heroes that don't isolate themselves. Those Sin cards do things like granting extra dice to monsters attacking heroes in a group, luring heroes towards Lust monsters, or debilitating heroes who are even adjacent to other heroes.

Lust Controller production plastic miniature.

After that, Lust will want to gather some more minions:

If we reach $460k, all backers will get 6 Lust Abomination miniatures, featuring 2 different sculpts!

Lust Abomination production plastic miniatures.

Next, we'll add some more variety, and there's even something extra!

If we reach $475k, the Lust Abomination figures will get a 3rd sculpt to add more variety. Backers will also get 3 more Sins dice, for those powerful rolls fueled by the heroes' lust!

The new Lust Abomination sculpt on the front, with the other sculpts at the back.

Finally, we'll complete the forces of Lust with the disturbing Avatar of Lust!

If we reach $500k, all backers will get the miniature for the Avatar of Lust!

Avatar of Lust's production plastic miniature.

The forces of Lust!

If we manage to unlock all of these Stretch Goals, all backers will have the full forces of Lust at their disposal, in their own awesome box! The Lust box will be later available at retail at an estimated price of $25.

Lust makes it...4 Sins in the pledge?

My only complaint so far is that most of the abominations seems a bit too similar to one anothe, i don't really represent the sin they are associated with.

Don't the coolmini ks usually have a lot of add ons? It's weird that their is no add ons for this one (except for the art book).

Couldn't resist, backed it

Right now, CMoN is riding the initial "novelty" wave of pledging. When that slows down in a few days, they will switch to add-ons to get backers to pay more, and parcel those out over a week or two, before going into the final stages of the campaign to get the fence-sitters to put their money down.

Have no fear, CMoN will find ways for you to spend more money.

They might not necessarily nickle and dime this one.

Blood Rage was pretty add on free if you recall, and was also an Eric Lang game.

Maybe he's not a fan of add ons?

Then again, he did Kaosball which had a bazillion teams and exclusives up the wazoo, so what do I know...

Poorly lit photos of my ever- growing collection of completely unrelated models!

I think CMoN has two types of games now.

1. Their traditional big blow outs: Zombicide, etc.. Tons of addons, and then some more addons. Pop culture references abound.

2. Smaller tighter focused games: Blood Rage. These will have some extras that are focused around the theme of the game but you won't see the massive build up or outside cultural influences.

I think 7 Sins will be the later. It's going to stick to it's creepy feel and won't be bringing in cameo characters like "Blade" or what not.

I don't like the seperation of the Lust controller and the abominations compared to Greed. It's a full 100k SG set.

It's still chugging along nicely and anything not unlocked will probably be offered via "surprise" SGs ("666k! Take a free XYZ!") or add-on, so I'll have all Sins, but the slow revealing of everything that has been shown since forever is getting to me. They're NOW discussing if Lust is sexy enough, that's sooo 2014

The concept and design of Kaosball does tend to lend itself to having each team split off separately though.

Since I haven't followed every CMON Kickstarter in that much detail - is it fair to say that the general trend for them is away from the generally unpopular exclusive heavy style for many of their earlier games? From what I have seen the most recent games they have done haven't had as many gameplay changing exclusives (just alt sculpts etc). Other than Zombicide (which I assume will keep following its existing model) have their been any other CMON kickstarters this year which have been exclusive heavy?
