Unbound
15 Drop Pods with Deathwind and Locators
19 Drop Pods with Deathwind

Put all the Locators+2 more in Wave 1.
All the rest in normal reserve.

I'm considering an ADL with Comms for a Vindicare to man. This would let most of my 2nd wave come in T2, as well as give me at least a chance to kill anything above AV11.

Extreme. I'm betting that lists like this are why GW made unbound armies possible...34 drop pods sold to one guy with a wild dream.
On a side note, can you buy drop pods off the list as separate vehicles? I thought they are dedicated troop transport only?

Mekugi I was thinking the same thing. I don't think you can just get dedicated transports without the unit.

The reason you may not take DTs in a Battle-Forged list is because there is no FOC slot for Dedicated Transports.
HOWEVER, since there are no FOCs in Unbound, this is not a problem. DTs have no requirement to first buy the infantry...it's just normally restricted because of FOC problems. But NO MORE!

Also, I do not have that many models. I own one DP. If I wanted to run this list, even if I found a good discount on models, it would cost nearly $1000. It's not gonna happen, just thought it was a fun idea.

Using unbound, you still have to obey the unit's rules. Turning to the dedicated transport section of the BRB, it states that:
Dedicated Transports do not use up a slot on the force organisation chart, but count as having the same role as the unit they were bought for all other rules purposes. For example, a Rhino bought for a Space Marine Tactical Squad (troops)

By which it means: Dedicated transports are bought as upgrades. Just as you cannot field tons of meltaguns without buying infantry for them, neither can you buy dedicated transports without what you purchase them for.

Resin Printer (minaitures) is a 4K printer with one of the largest build volumes available for a resin printer (192mm x 120mm x 245mm) with an amazing .01mm resolution! This professional printer is one of the best resin printers on the market!

FDM Printer (terrain) also has one of the largest build volumes available for an FDM printer (400mm x 400mm x 450mm) and has an amazing ,05mm build accuracy.

Can you explain what you think you've proved? I don't understand your contention. In the BRB quote you provided, I do not see the word "upgrade" (which you seemed to think was important), nor do I see any restriction on "buying" them in a list.
For example, without purchasing a Tac Squad I cannot put a Pod in a Forged list because there is no FOC slot called "Dedicated Transport." In Unbound armies, there are no FOC slots, so that line of reasoning does not stand.

Edit: if you think I'm wrong I'd invite you to start reading here, and contribute to the conversation if you think you have a point. If you don't think you have a point, then feel free to admit you misread/misremembered the rules.

Why argue over an army your not going to buy?

BTW all an opponent has to do is clear an objective with a OS unit and win the game.

Deathstorm drop pods - 85 points each (I think) in the Damnos book. You can take those as individual units. Come with Missile Launchers or Assault cannons. You can fit 21 drop pods in that formation only £798 GBP xD

Because I dislike it when games are played with incorrect rules. I'd rather that everyone's games abide by the rules. And if, by correcting that fellow above, I have saved a future opponent of his from having to argue this mid-game, then I have done a good thing.
BTW all an opponent has to do is clear an objective with a OS unit and win the game.

And all I have to do is shoot 35 Str5 blasts at that Troop! Woot! And it'd be theoretically simple to block all access to objectives with all those Pods.
But yeah, this wouldn't stand up to a Forged list.
