I've got a friend, and he believes that I am attracted to this girl. He also believes that she is attracted to me. He's completely misguided, but he just believes so strongly that he does not want to believe any counter-evidence. (I even staged asking her to slow dance at a recent school dance and getting slapped in the face by her. )
How do I get him to stop doing this? (Please make it legal - I am in a super-liberal-hypersensitive-to-anything-and-everything school)

She would never agree to this. And I would be murdered/suspended/expelled/publically shamed by my school. My friend could just be racist, since she and I are both Asian(actually Filipino and Chinese) . There could be chemistry, but we are just not interested at all.

I did forget to clarify what type of school
Middle/High School (It's an odd mix)
I'm in high-school and I think she's in middle school, but I am only a year ahead of her grade-wise.

Okay, see if she likes doing the things you like to do. If she does, ask her if she would like to do those things with you. Give your friend a thumbs up.

If she doesn't like to do the things you do, then tell your friend to f-off.

Agree with his viewpoint(s). State that he is correct, and has been all along. Maintain this agreeable behaviour whilst you continue to live your life as normal, without altering your behaviour with the young lady.

Depending on the sequence they're carried out in, the charges will vary dramatically. I agree with the "totally agree and otherwise ignore him/do nothing" approach. Make sure you tell him how wise his advice is while you ignore it.

Tell everyone you're gay, and ask if your friend would like to {insert non-family-friendly act of choice here}. That should keep him from ever bugging you about women.

Until his friend decides that the other asian guy in school would make a nice match with him. Then things get a little more awkward.
