Jesus fething Christ the programmers in Plastic Memories are fething morons.
I imagine the initial release announcement went sort of like the Apple announcements...
Spoiler:
"Hey we invited artificial intelligence! That's great and all, but we're still working out the bugs... When the hardware begins to go corrupt, the programming cuts off the AI's memories, making it literally painful for them to exist! Also a bug in our security software also causes any sort of physical inhibitor to malfunction and shutdown. So after 9 years or so, your lovable android will turn into a psychotic monster!"
"Um... Can we still buy these, I'm pretty lonely at home..."
"Feth yeah you can!"
Edit: This fething teaches me to post before I finish the episode, wtf. I half expected what happened was going to happen when they mentioned that the item Tsukasa got was a last resort, but srsly, I figured they wouldn't play into that so easily... >_<

I've been a bit busy with finals starting tomorrow, but I did manage to start the Silver Spoon anime, I got tired of waiting for the manga to update (although the delay is understandable, as Hiromu is taking care of a sick relative right not).
I've been reading a lot more manga lately though. For anyone who's interested in a good manga, I whole-heatedly recommend Jitsu wa Watashi wa. It is absolutely hilarious.

I haven't really feel any desire to watch anime lately, but I decided I'd finally give ep1 of Kekkain Sensen a try before sleeping.
Then ep2.
Then 3 and now I'm forcing myself to stop because OMFG, ANIME OF THE SEASON! And have to wake up in less than 5 hours
Fething awesome anime hitting all the damn right flags for me: setting, characters, over the top action and humor. Real over the top. With KLK levels of awesome including gigantic letters spelling attack names.
Zap is such an awesome character, feth me! and I swear all Klaus is missing is a top-hat because he's the hell of a Sir, Gentleman and Scholar.

I feel like I need to rewatch Kekkai Sensen, it's a damn good show, but I'm starting to lose some of the details of the antagonists (?) Like the kid who talked to Leo on the train in ep. 4.
There's like a 2 hour slot I've carved out to watch Kekkai, Shokugeki, and Familia Myth, and Kuroko no Basuke, those first three have been amazing additions this season.

@TDL being able to detail your ship with the side and deck decals makes that game infinitely more interesting, if a bit silly. That level of personalization probably helps keep you stuck in. Plus... burning love.. lol..chuckles

I think we got a name and a title, but I could just be imagining it since I can't remember lol.

vampires. Really? Vampires again? BOOOOORING!!! The wimpypants main character isn't doing anything at all for me either. It looks like maybe his eyes of god might have some neat abilities they'll get more into over time, but the other characters are much more visceral even though the "we have special powers based on blood traits has already been done and done better in Deadman wonderland" feel leaves me at least a little speculative about them maybe either deriving their powers 'from' vamps or gaining them in some other way to specifically fight the vamps. I love that the main character keeps getting his pizzas stolen but other than that small humor, there is not enough here of real merit to keep me watching much longer. The city itself seems like a depiction straight out of a Lovecraftian or Kings "The Fog" story, simply extrapolated to encompass the idea of a level of acceptance into a society so that the sheer craziness of the surroundings would have a better narrative vehicle. If the ghost chick, and (I expect), the ghost child on the train turn out to have more interesting stories than "We're around cuz vampires and reasons" then I'll keep watching, but if not, then all this show seems like to me is an amalgamation of other programs and ideas with an slight emphasis on humor that is spread to thin. I suspect demons will be after vampires in the overall enemy category. We'll see, but I don't have high hopes for it. I realize for everyone who likes the show, this will probably come off as harsh criticism, but having freakin vampires be the bad guys in a city filled with crazy cthulhu-esque monsters was just a let down for me. So much potential...AAAAnd oh look its vampires again. /endrant

I feel, like with most shows of this style, the people they fought in episode 4 were not the antagonists. I'm referring to the guy Leo was talking to when he first noticed the crimson wings in the tunnel. I don't remember his name, but his title is "The King of Despair". Though this is not the first "King" we've met, Femto from episode 1 was seen with this kid at the end of the most recent episode... He's pulling more strings than we know of

I don't either, I'm suggesting he's pulling some strings we haven't been made privy to yet. Or years of watching anime and other tv shows that attempt to be smarter than the audience have ruined me lol.
Alright, I'm probably wrong on this, but here goes... Spoilered for my terrible thought process and slight spoilers?
Spoiler:
So we have these two which have been in the closing this entire time. Since they're front and back of each other we can probably make a decent claim that they're either the same person, or related in some way. (Edit: Just realized that there is a white rose motif in this part, just like the one we see White stepping on in the previous shot of the ED) They also dance with each other in the ED, and really everyone sort of dances with someone they're linked to in the show (Zap with Chain, KK with Steven). Leo, who is linked to White through the show is seen dancing with White, who then dances with the kid in glasses who then dances with the messy haired kid.
Based on the ending scene from Episode 4, we can know that the King of Despair has round glasses and red eyes (we've not seen this combination in the show together besides this point)
Leo meets a kid with a similar hairstyle and glasses in the subway at the beginning of the episode
So it's safe to say at this moment that this kid and The King of Despair are the same person, though I'm probably wrong. Based on the similar coloring of their hair, and the preview to Episode 6, this kid is White's brother she talks about in episode 3 when discussing pictures with Leo at the end of the episode.

My suggestion wasn't that the King kid was a Vamp, but a ghost like the white girl. My sentence structure may have made that part confusing. Regardless though, I found the idea of Vamps being a major antagonist as a major letdown in a city designed around what seems much more prevalently Cthulhu mythos. I really do wanna like this show, I just don't want "another" vamp show and I really do want a protagonist who isn't just a pair of walking trousers. I'm very much hoping that if I keep watching a bit more, they'll move beyond vamps and get to demons or something lovecraftian. It has given me a couple really good laughs so far too, so I hope there is a bit more humor as well.

I don't think that White, or this kid are ghosts.... I know she says it, but people can clearly see her. She shows up on a regular digital camera, when she left her room at the end of like episode 4, people clearly noticed she was missing, and at the end of episode 5 when they're viewing the movie, she is corporeal. I know that this show seems to be playing with what we know of supernatural creatures, but the basics seem untouched for the most part.

I'm now up to date on Kekkai Sensen... I LOVE THIS ANIME SO MUCH
EVERYTHING IS RIDICULOUS. The city, the heroes, the villains, the situations, everything is so over-the-top it makes KLK modest in comparison
They solve a situation in a way that led to thousands killed and no two gaks are given.
HECK, they take a public subway with a survival rate of 12% and 0 feths are given. It's just a day like any other in New York
This is just too damn great, I can't wait to see more of the princes. They are hilariously evil.

As a fan of inferno cop I am loving Ninja Slayer : p Also Seraph of the End has managed to keep my interest so far. It's like a weird slice of life with Vampires and Demons in the background so far
When Lucky Abrams shows up in town and meets Zap and Leo, that's my favorite moment for now I laughed far too hard.

The Fruit of Grisaia is testing me hard right now. I like this anime, and it's only gotten better but for feth's sake they are fething with my beloved United States Marine Corps and that gak does not fly. Why the hell are some of the Marines in Navy cracker jacks? Who in all layers of feth wears utilities (aka camoflauge working uniforms) to a funeral? Where do you even BUY a camo beret? Never mind the weirdness of a foreign national joining the Marines in the first place...
I beg of you sarge let me lead the charge when the battle lines are drawn
Lemme at least leave a good hoof beat they'll remember loud and long
So thanks to a somewhat misguided library selection I was able to read a couple Hellsing volumes, which finally got me to start watching Hellsing Ultimate.
Awesome show (although Seras dubbed accent is a bit thick I think) but what really got me was the soundtrack, which is frakking amazing.

I'm confused? What's in that picture, besides a character from Angel Beats in a Nazi uniform? I know Europe has restrictions concerning Nazi symbols and the Nazi swastika is an enormous elephant specially for some of them, but that image isn't exactly offensive or shocking.
Oh, and Japan doesn't give a feth about it. And let's be honest, the black SS uniforms were beautiful, it's a pity their owners.... yeah, we know how history goes.
