The Emperor was said to have been born in 8000 BC. Cavemen had probably started giving names by then, so the Emperor should have been given a birth name.
Throughout the ages, the Emperor assumed many titles. Before he revealed his true self during the Unification Era, he must have gone by some name.
I'm wondering why the Emperor has never been referred to by name. Could it be that he asked people to refer to him only as "the Emperor", so as to build up his godlike status?

EDIT: On a serious note, I don't think GW has ever hinted at an actual name. You could argue that various historical, legendary, and mythical characters were actually the Emperor (King Arthur is often a common theory), but that's about it, I think.

Did they retcon that bit where he was born after a ritual suicide in 8000 BC? Because according to that origin story, the Emperor is 'ethnically' and 'culturally' ancient Anatolian, and would have a vaugely Anatolian name.

The only other name he's used (in The Last Church) is 'Revalation'.
Malcador's throne is interesting, but there's no legion heraldry there.
Malcador's left hand - the eagle and fire are the Regent's Staff, Malcador's sigil of office as the Regent of Terra. Right hand symbol is Malcador's personal heraldry and what will almost certainly evolve into the =][= of the Inquisition, in the same way the Knights-Errant evolve into or are replaced by the Grey Knights.
The blank mask at his feet is what he wears in his role as Master of The Officio Assassinorium
