The other day I was at a train station and there was a large group of maoris(in both senses of the word- probably 25 +) getting ready for a photo opportunity.
There were 3 or 4 people waiting for them to take it but I'd had a bad day at work and decided I'd just plow through. Just as I was about to enter the group photo the leader says "on count of 3 say kiwi"
I keep walking through and on the aborted count of 3 I say a deadpan "kiwi" . The leader guy says " oh he didnt did he" . I'm lucky all the girls had laughed as the next line out of someones mouth was "you looking for a fight" needless to say I kept my short skinny ass walking.

Next dumb thing was I missed my stop typing this out.

Picked Imperial Fists for my 30k army for Adepticon. Yellow is fething hard to paint, yo.

Joining the Army at 17, with confidence that I was in great shape, despite playing zero sports my junior and senior year and living a fairly sedentary lifestyle. Turns out, I wasn't in great shape. Not fat camp level, I was only like 140ish, but I suffered for my lack of cardio and upper body strength.

Just a bit of prep would have let me breeze through Basic and AIT.

Got married..twice.

Joined the army 13F..volunteered for double deployment (due to MOS needs).
Went airborne..went to ranger school all in my 30s.

stayed in alaska once I retired from army..

Oh yeah and quit a High paying casino job in vegas to help family.

I have a long dumb list...:(

In the grand scheme of things..those are not so bad...I could make a list like that for one of my medium colorful nights in my youth

and the email thing..yeah i can relate...I tried one of those stupid online dating services (since meeting women in alaska is pretty horrible), and only found disappointment and rude borderline behavior..(and not the fun borderline behavior) lol

Well im to young to have made stupid life altering decisions. Dont worry, In a year im going to be looking for a job.......and then will regret my entire college career.
