Hi all!

A "sympathetic" stranger is trying to contact the owners of artistic license that are based on my recent work. Who knows, in the end perhaps enjoy an officially licensed product.

This kind of thing makes me very happy. Although the intent of this "sympathetic" stranger is to destroy my project may (unintentionally) concludes helping me.

Is that a real quote from the campaign creator?

Yeah, they're nice enough models, but a little worried about IP...

Seeing what Prodos is going through, knowing that they have an official license even, makes me doubly sure this campaign is going to bring a hammer down on someone. However, if it lasts through completion, then I eagerly await his next campaign, which I assume will be Dark 'Vaders and Fargate Haifa troops.

The shame of it is that these really do look nice...

Like I said in the last thread they are awesome models. Too tall for me and my weird scale ways.

.....but maybe too close to the source material to avoid the IP hammer, it might be worth you contacting someone like crooked dice Cmon or hassslefree to see how they avoid the IP hammer.

28mm "Archaic Centurion" multicomponent (now you can see that) resin kit in progress.

I'm thinking to unlock this target for encouraging the crowdfunding. There is people who want to pick theses models and they see them still far...

The video he has on FB is great. "It's a little bit risky because I don't want to pay copyright."

Something that looked remarkably like one of these models has appeared on the CP models site. The most murderous looking one.
