I'm sure it would make millions and the world of wargarming would rejoice because you know they all know better don't they? Reminisce about the past, grab some out of date ideas, roll them together and bam you have a new ip that'll rock the new kickstarter dream world, actually I'm sure that happened or did I just dream it....

What makes me most excited about Age of Nigmos, err, Sigmar is that I'll get to see how much WHFB I can convert for use with Warhammer 40k!

I'm excited to finally be able to play out all those He-Man battles I salivated over when I was a kid. GW starts off with a bang, putting both He-Man and Skeletor in the starter set. Hopefully, it's followed by an Orko clampack soon after.

Quoted for truth, the Maelstrom is just an out of control warp storm (Eye of Terror) worshipped by Karists (Chaos), fighting Epirians (Imperium). Even the names are similar And you forgot to mention the cutting edge miniature designs, waaay at ahead of the curve.

Voted my OOP models will skyrocket. I'm actually hoping the opposite happens and it gets dumped in droves cheapening the market. This means I can complete my Warhammer Quest dungeon monsters colleciton with much cheaper models...

Getting the 8th edition Army Books that I don't have in my collection right now cheap, hopefully.

And being able to have a "Warhammer for dummies" I could play with newbies, that's what AOS is looking like. And if the rules are really free to download all the better.

I made my own cyni... sorry satirical swipe at Dakka and the OP, you saying your fun and his fun is better than my fun? bloody hell Dakka where's the fairness and balance on this forum, I thought of all the "Wargame" communities at least this one would respect and undestand those simple concepts. I'm disappointed, truly.

Nope. You made an attack against someone who does this for every major release. It's part of his shtick. He still needs a whippy stick to the noodle for only allowing one choice though.
