I will also potentially need a replacement American distributor.

Oadie is a good dude, but I'm pretty sure I'll need to change at least half of the original NA recipients, and i don't want to take up that much of his time.

Wow, it looks like this project has really become an adventure. Missing minis, painters MIA, late-game rally cries, and international conflict. Now all we need is a car chase, a dance off, some B-list Hollywood starlets, a race to the airport, and a high-octane soundtrack. Maybe some lens flare, if this were a J. J. Abrams movie.

In all seriousness, I'd be happy to throw my hat in the ring to and paint up an Ork for the American contingent. No need to send me one, I have several extras. Just PM you kb_lock, right?

Yarp, I think the first post has details on what to do - basically paint it whatever colour you want, don't base it as I will make that the cohesive point. Do your best, believe in yourself, don't give up, and etcetera.

If folk can send directly back to KB, it only costs me about £0.50 more to send an Ork to the USA than the uk.
Got a friend who can donate a starter set worth of them.

Just saying.

Your central distributor had a bad case of reality and still has the box.

Cripes. It cost me $28 or something to ship a single warboss to Jan, and about $20 to ship to methebest in NZ

Shipping back to me from the states can be problematic - US shipping to AU is about as bad, however while I am tempting fate again, if someone can send them en masse back to me, I have a mail reflector service in Oregon that will fling it to me at my expense - not sure how they go with repacking stuff though.

Lots.

No, I joke. Since she broke her arm and has to take pain meds, very little.

She's had a blast seeing the little Orks coming in though. I'm thinking about making her a Killteam sized force of something.

The modelling part was hard, but he is pretty much done aside from the paint. Realistically, he should be easy to paint.

I'll reimburse you any postage mate so don't stress, as always while donations are graciously appreciated, they are absolutely not essential

Well, unless you're in the uk or us and i can't actually get orks to you in any reasonable time

You could scavenge the oil squig from the Grot Oiler from the Mek Gunz sprue... tuck him under the arm of an Ork, add a few pipes, and you have yourself an Ork bagpiper. Or Squig-piper.

Dakka Dakka Klan 2: Orky Boogaloo

Hello Klansmen... wait, that sounds terrible

Screw it.

Hello friends,

I have just PMd all of the original North American brohirrim, and hope that they will still be able to paint. Most of you are rather prolific posters, so I know you're still alive.

Why on earth am I PMing you when I don't have orks for you? WELL MAYBE I DO? DIDNT THINK ABOUT THAT DID YOU?!?!??!

There will be an update soon(tm), but I have firm reason to believe that soon(tm) you will all be holding an ork, ready for paint.

I am also about to PM all of the ~in progress~ orks that have been delivered to ROYAL BRITTANIA and her colonies to see how you're all doing. No judgement here, I love you all and whatever, but don't make me Jimmy Wales eyes you. I'll do it, I swear to god.

Current feelgood status about the project: 9/10 - more information to follow, not from me.

So, a sequel, or perhaps a gritty reboot... Interesting. Can we get a trailer, with dramatic 'duuurrrrrnnnnnn' noises at the relevant points?

Much to the inevitable disdain of the hamsters that power the server, I have just sent out about a brazilian PMs to past, present, and future WAAAAAAAAGGGHHHH members

I have also update the OP to show who has returned whatever, but there are two random Scotsmen who are anonymous - I'd love to put a username next to the tag in the OP, so pm or post.
