Well, in fairness it is technically a discount from the price of two boxes before, however it's rather unfortunate that if you want any, you have to drop $100 rather than the what, $58 before?

Ive always wanted some juggernauts so i think i may pounce, one thing leaves me scratch my head some tho, the rules say they have ensorcelled axes? I thought khorne didnt go in for that sort of mischief or have all these years of endless war court up with him meaning he out sources a lot of the work now a days?

Also i guess i have no taste i like anvil boy his head is awesome might swap out the anvil for a more fitting fail and give the juggerchamp a 2 handed hammer with the anvil as the head.

Khorne is ok with magic if it is used in the most direct and destructive manner possible; plenty of Khorne units have had magic weapons and/or armor, for example. Spellcraft, on the other hand, is far too frilly and weak to have any level of approval. Though once all the spellcasters were dead he'd probably direct hate to those with magic abilities (like plague priests, relictors, blood priests, etc) then move on to magic items once they were all dead. After that... I guess he'd destroy himself, chaos gods are made of magic after all.

In other words; Khorne is somewhat like a technology hater who tolerates weapons of forged metal in order to combat those pitiful users of gunpowder.

Skarbrand is automatically a step above the previous Bloodthrister due to having two feet on the ground to help keep him stable.

Wanted a Bloodthirster, wasn't satisfied with the previous one's pose, but this looks more like what I wanted.

... whats up with how he's holding those axes? He cant swing so much as try and punch with them. Surely his hands need to be at the other ends of the haft.

Axes are more comfortable to carry around like that, as the center of balance is so far up. Usually you just let the head drop and the haft slide through your hands to grip them lower when it is needed.

Now, it does imply that Skarbrand is not planning on smacking someone right away, but he seems to be screaming orders or something, so maybe he doesn't lead from the front?

The problem with the 'vote with your dollar' response is that it doesn't take into account why we're not buying the product. I want to enjoy 40k enough to buy back in. It was my introduction to traditional games, and there was a time when I enjoyed it very much. I want to buy 40k, but Gamesworkshop is doing their very best to push me away, and simply not buying their product won't tell them that.

Wonder if the regular Bloodthirster hands/arms/heads will be compatible?

I got enough bits for a second BT and I would kind of dig having a different pose.

Head looks a bit too small, but otherwise I like this mini.

I saw it as him bellowing across the battlefield (with his ribs open, shoulders back), not ready to strike immediately.

Flesh Hounds: Looks like current stuff...

Also- Skarbrand's wings appear to have had the Soul Reaver treatment in a much more violent manner lol. Overall though, I like the model. As others have said though, I didn't actually think there would be a model for him.
