Sorry I have recently returned to 40k, making a classic ulthue eldar force to enjoy at maximum the brand new super funny phsicyc fase...(as an old warhammer fantasy player )
In the meanwhile I would like to start really slowly a caos force (actually for the first time in both the sistems), with a powerfull phsycic fase as well.
now help me please to understand...the beautiful demonology (malefic) discipline, with all those funny conjurations, can be used by space marines but not by chaos marines or chaos deamons?!
Is cause this two codexes are 6th edition?

If I'm not mistaken the BRB says that unless stated otherwise all non-Nids psykers can use both Daemonologies.

Don't believe me? It's all in the numbers.
Number 1: That's terror.
Number 2: That's terror.
Dark Angels/Angels of Vengeance combo - ???? - Input wanted!

There are FAQ's for both Chaos codexes (CSM & Daemons) that add the Malefic discipline, plus as Crash says, the BrB allows it.

So my farseer too could choose from both malefic and santic also if is specified (santic) in the codex?

No, you use Craftworlds codex as written. The exception only applies to the codexes that came out before the BRB.

Specifically saying Sanctic seems to "state otherwise", then again I saw a big thread arguing about that.

Codex trumps rulebook, but FAQ trumps both. Eldar may only use Sanctic, GK may only use Sanctic, Inquisition may only use Sanctic, Any psycher with the Daemon special rule may only use Maelific (so all psychers from the daemons codex, daemon princes from CSM and the possessed sorceror from Crimson Slaughter).
