He now can't show his face in any Imperial City. He can't remove his mask whilst being linked to Sunstrike Cadre.

So I'm going to try and sum up what's happening in New Pavus, partially for my own reference.

Irish and Kharne have launched air raids on the city. Irish beat my flyers, and Bob defeated Kharne's.

Irish, Smudge, and assorted NPC Tillers are attacking the city (but not necessarily together). Irish and Smudge are being super sneaky with their attacks.

Kharne is probably going to ram something big into the city

I am attacking with missiles and what not

So you are or are not ramming something into the town?

The heaviest weapons I have are missile launchers (not counting the Vendetta mounted stuff). It'll be like flinging water balloons at a battleship
