Really like the Oznat, although I'm rather confused about one thing: is she going to be a part of a box that includes a unit of Hungries, or is she a stand alone blister?

As an aside, is there a model for Pretas Hungries? All the ones I have seen appear as the ones shown (which look like Gakis).

As a further aside, can we expect other female morats to be redone to be closer to this 'new look', or is this specific to the Oznats?

Thats a Oznats design thing the one in the starter is the same type mask and sword, it is part of their hunter background.

If you look close at the Hungers you should see a growth like thing on some of their necks that is the difference. A box of Hunger is 2 of each.

Really? Wow, that cone like thing is A) a projectile weapon, and B) counts as a chain gun? Huh.

So we now have sculpts for both profiles for Oznats (the one in the box set I presume is the combi rifle profile).

It's interesting that even though one profile has a shock CCW and the other a DA CCW, it looks like both are sculpted as Hungries' claws. Can't fault them for rule of cool on it.

It is the male of the Hungry species joined in a symbiotic relationship with the female. This causes a chemical change in the female, to protect her offspring.

The claws could have been improved in different ways, hence the DA and Shock.

Hilariously the comments on fb confidently state it's from at least three different factions.

I'd bet on Yu Jing personally, the details like the cabling are very similar to those on the guija

Although this is only the 3D printed Master it could still be a TAG's leg, I hope for the Clausewitz Uhlan!

If i remember correctly CB mentioned something about it getting redone and released sometime in the beginning of this year. I think it got mentioned during the late summer last year.

Daofei I think has been confirmed by Bostria as not having a resculpt coming anytime soon.

Wasn't there some mention of Yujing getting a new TAG? Maybe it's something for Svarlheima? My preference though would be for it to be a new Raicho that's scaled properly this time.

It's not overly clear, there's mentions of 'Blue Wolves' on Svarlaheima, but there seems to be some confusion as to whether they're a new TAG or just squadrons of Guijia. I'd like a new Raicho too, but this definitely seems very YJ.

The only Wolves located to Svalarheima I know are the Guilang aka. Ghost Wolves...

There's been mention of Blue Wolves, they were mentioned in one of the comics in the older rulebook (the first edition one I think). They were TAGs. But I think a comment might've been made by Bostria about the Blue Wolves being squadrons of Guijia and there's some confusion about whether they're their own TAG or not.

Huh. I like the concept. I think it makes sense and its different, which is all good.

But, in this case, I'm underwhelmed by the model. Maybe its (this is hard to say given the history) the painting? Maybe its the kit-bashed armor? Maybe its too orky?

Then maybe they should stop selling the prize packs and provide them to ITS organizers.

As cool as that guy is, he's not one I'd buy a tournament pack for. Should be easy enough to convert/kitbash my own version of him if I really want.

I think it's a 25, the upright bits look poportionally quite tall for it to be a 40mm base.

If that were a 40mm base he'd be TAG-sized. It's gotta be 25mm.

Here's a comparison pic. I've set the base widths to within a mm or two of wht they would be if the ITS exclusive Morat was based on 40mm. From left to right: ITSxM, Sogarat (40mm), Daturazi (25mm), some wird ugly big thing or somesuch (40mm), ITSxM again.
For comparison below, left: 25mm based daturazi set with base as wide as in the ITSxM picture. (so should be same scale if ITSxM is based on 25mm)

Yikes. Between the garish colours and massive blisters on the armour, this feels like a throwback to GW circa 1980. :(

I'd sure like to see another try at the paintjob.

The old school Morat skin tone and the source lighting just seems like too much on the model.

I'm guessing that it's supposed to represent the fugitive nature of the unit, but I'd like to see it in more muted tones before passing judgement.
