Considering that the URL is "https://www.games-workshop.com/en-US/Competition" that seems likely.

No clue, haven't heard a thing about it. If this is a contest/competition, mayhap this has something to do with the 100 day tease?

No, where you could win a Space Marine's height in boxes (well, the shortest interpretation of it anyway, for guess which reasons...).

I know it's the fashion to link everything to the mysterious #100 days teaser, but that would fit with a competition.
Win your top 100 kits?
100 days where they give away an army starter?
Etc...

I believe with the last Space Marine Height goodies giveaway, one of you colonials (your words) reported GW to their State authorities because it was a purchase required comp which they believed was unlawful. Just saying!

This might be enough reason to buy another Stormraven or some Centurions. Or Betrayal of Calth. Would net me all of the Tactical Marines I need and then some. And Contemptor. Could probably offload the Terminators.

£2000 is a serious amount of stuff, even at GW prices. I'm struggling to even comprehend just how much stuff you'd get for that. Pretty decent prize it has to be said, even if it is a buy in competition.

Yeah, you could have a lot of fun with that much to spend. Or get a really cool big model from FW. Is FW merch eligible?

And, they believed that because it is illegal.
Funny how that works, sometimes.
I could go on at length, but it was a New York State law to prevent gambling that went national quite some time ago.
And why if you look at the fine print for contests on things like cereal boxes you will see instructions on how to enter the contest without buying a box of cereal.
Then we had white knights trying to say 'No, no! This isn't a sweepstakes! It just looks like one. And reads like one. And has the rules of one....'
Guess what? It was a sweepstakes.
The Auld Grump, if it looks like a duck....

I had a look on the web store and if I buy everything I need to finish the projects I want to finish I get to about £500. I could start a few new armies but if I had £1,500 worth of models to assemble and paint I doubt I'd get round to it, especially not before new shiny stuff is released.
So if I won this i'd be tempted to buy a load of bundles and sell them off. I'd have to sell them at less than retail but should still make a tidy packet.
What would be the best bundles to buy? Things like Start Collecting boxes and Dark Vengeance would probably not be a great idea as Ebay's already saturated with these models going cheap. Things like the Space Marines Battle Demi Company might be a good idea, since there's a saving there and units can be sold individually.
