A well designed plastic basic battle sister that can easily be adapted to be different kinds of sisters, has posable pieces, better heads, and less prominent boobcups (can still have them, but some models are excessive and stupid looking).

My Dream model would be the ones are are fully painted by me  otherwise would be the FW city fight table with associated terrain. (mostly the forgeworld crates and enough stuff to recreate that crane table) edit woh i didnt fully read the OP. umm from GW i would like those FW Crates in plastic. otherwise just some Mk3 power armor boxes.

Plastic sob hands down. And this is a freaking chaos player saying this! But also, from the chaos side, plastic updated models for possesed and obliterators, I know they are good on the tabletop but the models are so ugly I can't bring myself to take them. :(

Plastic Thunderhawk would be nice obvs. I think we are pretty well catered for overall, aside from some of the things that need updating of course. But please let's not let this thread descend into that.
Oh and plastic Deimos predators....would be on those like a tramp on chips.

He does have a model (albeit very outdated) and rules in an older space marine codex. For fluff reasons my friends let me use his old rules for him sometimes with some tweaks to work back in 5th/6th edition. Otherwise sometimes I just ran him as a second hq choice with Pedro with captian rules yet still called him by his name.

My Tau Commander with his unique R8-8A Drone's. One has a buzzsaw on the bottom like a manhack from Half Life 2 and helps him repair stuff and is in melee. The other R8-8B model. His suit would be an upgraded Coldstar he did himself with double cyclic Ion blasters and full flying monstrous creature rules. He wields an Ethereal Honour Blade with a few tweaks from his time spent among humans.
Out of cockpit he wears a mask made from a Tyranid warriors face/skull plate.

Problem is with no official rules people weird out and refuse to play mine. Even using modified Minoris rules (scaled up if you will), they refuse. The last/Only time its been played its rules were up for my opponents to see for weeks/months before its battle but they still made me nerf it at the last second.
Mine would be a Titan equivalent tank. Like a freaking battleship tank.

I don't think there is anything I have read inthe Eldar lore that doesn't have a model barring the dead gods that chaos killed when slaanesh was born. Some eldar terrain might be nice.
I would love to see Khorne made into a model. In the lore he is massive so he would probably be a GMC that it is least as tall as a Reaver Titan.
