GW, I've been loving so much this year, until you broke my heart with the extremely limited Battleforces, but that's something to take with a grian of salt...

One basic unit and one transport. Considering how almost every transport here showed costs from £22.5 to £35... Yeah, I'm sure they could be pretty useful.

Are they limited or permanent additions? only time will thell.

They say great value, so there will be a discount. The million dollar question is how much.

Price depending these could be amazing. I needed Rhinos and Marines (Not CSM models) for my Alpha Legion, and this could be just what pushes me to do it.

These are the old "Armoured Fist" and whatnot boxes of back then.

Think the Tyranid one is new. I don't remember seeing this one in the old armoured fist boxes, It might be worth picking up if the price is ideal, it is a good start for a Tyranid force, as the Tervigon could be built as a Tyrannofex.

One thing that slightly makes me shake my head is that in the blurb they refer to the Tervigon as 'Her', I've always read the background that Tyranids are non gendered, they have no gender or sex.

There's new ones in there for sure, but this concept isn't new or anything. But to echo the others, here's hoping that these sets have a good discount attached to them.

I said bundles, not re-packages. Many of the bundles they've been doing this year offers savings: all of those BA and Favoured of Chaos for example.

I posted the price ranges for the transports. I see them being as expensive as a Tervigon, or slightly higher.

That being said, the actual million dollar question is how much time they will last?

The last years they were selling out quite fast. Especially the contingent LFGS/Online stores got from GW. I was planning to buy the Trukk Boyz box but it wasnt available from most stores after the initial week. Better buy it asap.

They always have. Female Termagants are larger than male counterparts, and hormagaunts are all female by default, as they lay eggs sporadically during invasion to create pockets of issue if the invasion is not successful. Generally, all organisms are considered female. Though the Swarmlord and the Hive Tyrant ilk are a mystery.

This needed a 30k version with a mk3 or 4 squad and a discounted contemptor.

Was excited to click the link to see tank boxes make a come back.....not what I got lol.

Thing that makes me shake my head is this:

A couple of these and an HQ choice would give you a great start to a highly mobile force as the basis of a new army for the new year.

And the Tau Empire one is Pathfinders in a Devilfish...Pathfinders are Fast Attack choices.

As cool as that would be, the Neophyte Armored Claw is still available. I can't see them selling Goliaths at a discount just yet.

At least until we get a Battleforce or Start Collecting for GSC.

Not sure about the sprue layout on the other non Marine kits. But the Necron and Nid boxes should also be able to build a Doomsday ark and Tyrannofex instead of the listed Ghost ark and Tervigons.

So around $50, potentially? Maybe $60? Hell, at 20-25% off through your online retailer of choice that's a steal. I'd buy at least four.

Honestly, I'm personally already happy with their Start Collecting! bundle, which is quite a steal in itself.

If these are priced correctly I can see myself splurging on the Guard boxes.

Limited. No surprised at all, but seeing that many of this boxes were available before, it could mean that they will be back every each in a while, and that renews my hope on yearly Battleforces.

With those prices and using the Space Marines range, one could compare these boxes costs... the price of a Hunter/Stalker for the most expensive or somewhere between a a Sternguard Squad or a Stormhawk/Stormtalon.

That's around to 25% to 33% off. Pretty good.

Why should they have? their SC! is already a steal, the Commissar and second Scions box for free.

Pink, Blue, and Brimstone Horror boxed set seems like a no brainer.

I actually wouldn't be surprised if the current box of 10 pink horrors was replaced with a box with 5 pink, 10 blue, and 10 bases of Brimstone.

Where are we getting there are male/female termagants, and sexy ally dimorphic ones at that?
