They're having a sale right now, 15% off and I think this guy is new, I certainly don't remember him, though it may be the heat addling the mind that I completely forgot about him:

I'm feeling a Ned Stark vibe from the face and hair :-) but as always it's a brilliant looking model!

That "Ned Stark" guy looks pretty cool.

I am just finishing up the 54mm Witch Hunter - The casting is some of the cleanest I have seen, it is actually better than the one shown on the listing (bubbles on some of coat details on the back) but mine was almost flawless. I used to cast miniatures and I thought I was quite good but I am hella impressed so far.

See my WIP below, still some basing and weathering to do.

Quite like the look of the Ork Commandos and the 54mm Chaplain.

Cheers

Beautiful. It has a naval captain meets wild west gunslinger vibe.

Not a fan of either head, but thankfully there are alternatives. But I am so picking one up when she's on general release, might be the perfect starting point to start building that Rogue Trader crew we used to play as. Better late than never..

I gotta say that I'm digging the new power loader suits. They give me a starship troopers meets edge of tomorrow vibe. I think they'd be great bigger suits (grizzlies?) for use with the old Starship Troopers game by mongoose to go along with Strykers from puppetswar as the normal troopers.

Those exoskeletons look sweeeeeeet.

I can't tell if the first one is supposed to be flying or jumping. Why is he jumping so dramatically over such a small rock?

Would almost make more sense for him to have some sort of assisted leap going on with smoke and stuff supporting the model. What do I know though.

I've managed to stay away from Hydrophilia so far but this release will probably break me. Looks like they'd look good hanging out with Anvil stuff from After Life as well.

Poorly lit photos of my ever- growing collection of completely unrelated models!

A little silliness on the Hanzel and Gretel minis as well --- 'Schwarzwald' literally translates into Black Forest. Amusing.

Even though I'd like a bunch of these Artel miniatures, I simply haven't had a chance to put in an order. Would make a fantastic line for Inq28. What W. Artel needs is for Eldar aspect warriors to become feasible/better in 40K so he can become the sole source of quality miniatures for them...would be a blessing.

Agreed on all of the above. The suits are on my bucket list for Starship Troopers inspired minis and I'd definitely get him off of that tactical rock for sure. I blame Infinity for that!

I'm not particularly enthused about the regular warriors but the exarch and/or phoenix lord equivalents are pretty great looking IMO.

The "Not-Kys" looks pretty good, I dig the kineblades. I'd better paint what I have before ordering...

Did/does Artel make a Kara Swole stand in? Who is missing from the books?

Try this one:

Old Gang is completed (we have bundle for it), New Gang just started with two new Agents.

Ravenor's retinue still has Thonius and Zeph Mathuin to go, maybe Zael, though he's just a kid at this stage? And Maud Plyton who joins them in the second book IIRC. Oh and Sholto Unwerth as well, that obnoxious not-dwarf guy.

Not so pleasant news today. :(

Guys, we made a terrible mistake. Our new Scout`n`Recon Squad has been released on the wrong scale - you can see the comparison on the picture. In this regard, we suspend their sale until we re-issue the unit in a more suitable size - a bit above Enforcers, a bit below the Unforgiving Chaplain, as it was originally intended.
If you have already ordered the squad - do not worry, during today you will receive a letter to the email, in which we will offer options for resolving the situation.
We apologize for any inconvenience and promise to reissue the squad as soon as possible.

Thank you both for catching the error quickly and putting a plan in place to correct it!

Missed their release somehow - happy to order several of the larger sets if they are still available.

They will be available at our webstore again in a couple of days - we need to make new pictures for them, with clear note about the size.

I find the "not compatible with heroic 28mm" tag a humorous selling point.

It's not a selling point. If you followed W. Artel you'd see they posted numerous places that they mistakenly printed/cast them in the larger scale instead of the normal marine scale. It's a warning, not a sales tag.

GW needs to start putting that disclaimer on their new figures.
