!k admech/IG auxiliary VS chaos (khorne)

Running my dungeon crawler at a local convention yesterday...many laughs and disasters were had. To quote one player "This game is...brutally fun."

A pair of Khorne Berserkers seeking a bit of cover from the barrage of burst cannon fire from Tau Stealth Suits in a game of Kill Team.

Dwarves vs Rohan&Lothlorien alliance in last(4th) game of tournament. 3 F6 kings and iron guard were being brutal totally stunting elf+rohan charge and starting grind through. Balin was a beast cutting down stuff and with rerolls getting 3 times priority from them to me which is big vs rohan force.

Sisters vs ig. Soaked up firepower at ease. Exorcists didn't do much but one survived 4 turns vs 2 leman russ. Got control of board and with 3 tanks tagged and being grinded down(cozeaz took one, celestine nearly done with second and basilisk down to 1) and 10-2 vp's white flag waved by ig.

Addition of exorcists(though did whole game only about 11-12 damage spread to 3 tanks) and inferno pistols to seraphim gave good tools. Also better use of seraphim helped.

2 mortificators took charge by armiger, survived and took it down though with second fight round stratagem took total of 3 goes for 90 attacks.

Second warglaive was too much

Fec vs slaanesh. I failed all cast rolls so backed off. He came, killed screen and got double turn ensuring death of all key units.

Second game of Mordheim, Dark Elf Assassin tried jumping charge, with initiative 8 not a problem. But the chargee caused fear and I failed morale. But round after that he got to do the super hero landing.

Played in a Blood Bowl tournament yesterday. Went 2-1 and came in 4th with Dwarves. Played against Lizardmen, Chaos, and Pro Elves.

A some Orks getting ready for their "WAAAAGH!!!" in a game of Kill Team vs. Dark Angels to prove who was actually the greenest and the meanest. Unfortunately, the Orks are going to need another go at it as they got pretty torn up here. According to this game, Power Claws only cause 1 damage which isn't nearly enough to worry Intercessors.

Nice looking game! But I'm not sure what rules you're looking at - I've got my Kill Team core book right in front of me and it says Power Klaws are D3 damage, same as a Power Fist...

That's what my rule book said too. I tried to explain it to my dice, but they kept telling me Power Klaws only do one damage. Hit 5 times with my Power Klaws all just one damage. I figure the dice must know what their doing so Power Klaws must only do one damage.

Happy to bring some nostalgia, still need to work on getting them all painted but was too excited to wait to play them.

played my 1sr game of 2nd ed in over 20yrs today. My Khorne army against a Blood Angel force. I lost 10-14 but had a an absolute blast.

Sisters vs ba. Tournament round 1. 31-11 win

Got my first fix of 40k gaming since 7th edition dropped and killed my enthusiasm.



It was a small skirmish between Imperial Guard and Chaos insurgents. Played with grimdark future ruleset against AI. It certainly gave that 40k feel and reignited my fluff-bunny connection with 40k, without demanding a bachelors degree in rules.
