Great work on the WE Contemptor! Those chains add so much dynamism to the model! Your paintwork is also top notch (all models, not just the Dread).

This thing is solid! honestly this suit (if you could call it that) is pretty damn impressive, I was asked by a guy (a pretty cool guy I may add) to help him by painting this big bad boy for his army in his chosen scheme which I was originally skeptical if I could do it justice but I think i've done alright let's hope it does it's job admirably on the table!

Continuing on from multi hued giant death robots, I have another one to show you! this time it's the Forge World Y'Vharatafrseanaxe suit! a wicked fast assault suit suit that is bloody nasty from what i've been told, as usual a pleasure to paint as the lines and armour are perfect for how I paint hings so I hope you like him as well! only guy that's not so happy is Carl..... the ex-Primaris at his feet.

Optimus Fish tank looks bloody beautiful.

Thanks guys! I have to admit the models really lend themselves to my painting style and it's easy to do a more basic undersuit on them and do more work on the armour panels, and it doesn't detract from the overall paintjob and well, they look very striking!! those colours I would never have thought could look good together until I actually started painting them I've got another one from FW to paint for the same guy. I may include a couple in my own army since they really look frickin' sweet.

lets see, what do I have coming up to paint. another FW Tau suit, 30 more GSC models, new Abaddon, and I just finished a nurgle Spartan and razorback but no pics of them as they were a 2 day turnaround and back in the post

and I tidied up the nerd room again, it's the simple things that make a huge difference, I bought another paint rack and scrubbed the desk clean and organised all my stuff and now i'm ready to get into it again!

I got a couple of commissions last week and finished them up! I've some more Genestealer cults and another big Forgeworld Tau suit and his little friend looking good, the colour scheme on that suit looks really cool and the cult is growing quickly! a couple of gamers have reinforcements on the way and I hope they do well

The big machine looks really good Damo. All the blends on the plates look really good but must have been a labor of love.

The rusty colored clothing looks great on the cultists. Nice choice.

Beautiful work Nerdy . Love the OSL on the arms and the cult logistic guy. That red and blue color scheme is just so different that it really works.

Thanks guys, it's funny now how quickly I can do that orange and blue blend now! I worked out how to do it similar to the process I do my reds and yellows and it's saved me a lot of time just knowing my own steps :-) instead of trying to work it out each time.

I'm currently painting Abaddon at the moment and he's looking really nice, I hope that the detail shines through when he's finished as i've spent most of today trying to get a nice black look to the armour which I think I have done but then realised you don't really see too much of it lol.

As always your painting is top notch. The blending is beautiful on those suits. FW did a awesome job on designing those suits.... I really miss the old FW broadsides with the arm mounted guns. Those looked so slick ( I had them they where fantastic models) with your painting style. Are you still working on the howling griffins? Can't wait to see more of those.

I sold the Howling Griffons a couple of months back after GW and Primaris kinda bummed me out about my love of marines, that's when I started the Tau. After them who knows? I may finally go to Horus Heresy 30k to get my space marine fix :-)

PreHeresy Iron Warriors done with your magnificent metal work would be stellar.

Here he is! the biggest of the big bad. Abaddon the Despoiler all ready to go to his new home and wreak bloody havoc. I really liked this model, it's a good re-imagining of the design and while it follows the current trend of GW styling it doesn't add anything it doesn't need and isn't over the top with clutter, hence I enjoyed plus.... just frickin look at him!
