Subject: Re:CMON N & R - Zombicide White Death (fantasy) KS live ends 26th/27th April
I figure even if I don't get around to playing White Death proper (which honestly, I probably will, given I've actually gotten all the other Zcides to the table), the sheer variety of characters could be put to use in a bunch of other gaming situations.
This campaign has some really interesting sculpts just for painting things too. I was a hardcore Koei fan for many years and probably have just as many hours logged into various Musou games, if not more than all the Soulsborne nonsense I play these days or Monster Hunters. Having so many famous personalities from the Three Kingdoms and Japan, plus a few other Asian countries is a big plus in my book.
Heck, I'm tempted to pick up a good chunk of the expansions, if not go all in, due to the survivors this time around.
Poorly lit photos of my ever- growing collection of completely unrelated models!
This will go into retail except for the Gumby Pack, right?
CMON (facebook)
- It should be available through retail after the pre-orders have been shipped, but without the exclusives!
also update on previuos packs
UPDATE for Iron Maiden, Supernatural, and The Boys Character Packs!đ„
We want to inform you that the Iron Maiden, Supernatural, and The Boys Character Packs have already been delivered to APAC customers and are being delivered to Australian customers. For the USA, Europe, and Canada, they are arriving at the hubs by the end of this month for distribution!! đ âïž
It has also come to our attention that an image shared by Asmodee about the retail offering of The Boys packs was incorrect and misleading: It depicts the Supe Abominations pack retailers can get as containing the Homelander Abomination figure.
However, we want to clarify that the version of this pack offered to retailers contains only the cards (which were not exclusive), NOT the exclusive Homelander Abomination figure.
The Homelander Abomination figure remains exclusively available through pre-orders and in stores participating to the CMON play program and will not be distributed by Asmodee.
As always, we appreciate your patience and support during this time. Stay tuned for further updates and get ready to enjoy your fantastic Iron Maiden, Supernatural, and The Boys Character Packs soon!If you have any questions, please donât hesitate to reach out to our customer support team.

Yeesh. $50 for the packs, plus $22 shipping. Right.
Still, would rather have these than the iffy plushies, stickers, and t-shirts. Looks like there were some Holy Grail action figures, but you don't want to see their OOP prices, either!
CMON is happy to announce our new project, Mordred, is coming soon to Kickstarter!
With art and concept by Adrian Smith (Chronicles of HATE, Blood Rage, Rising Sun, and Ankh) and sculpting by Studio McVey, this brand-new area control game designed by Alexio Schneeberger (with additional design by Andrea Chiarvesio) brings a new twist to the Arthurian legend..
After the merging of Britain and the Fae realm and the vanishing of King Arthur, various factions, both mortal and Fae, now fight for power. Each player will control one of these asymmetrical factions.
They will strive to earn the favor of the 3 great leaders: Mordred, Morgana, and Merlin. But they must use the rounds available wisely, as each action costs precious time. In the end, chaos will be inevitable, and players must prepare for it. It will bring great peril, but also greater rewards.
Stay tuned for more information soon, and sign up here to be notified when the game launches on Kickstarter!
Hmmm...huge fan of Adrian Smith and Mike McVey, but have no experience with Schneeberger's rules writing. I remember reading the rules to Cyberpunk, and decided not to back it.
On the other hand, Andrea Chiarvesio had a hand in the Marvel United series, and we LOVE the hell out of that series.
So...cautiously optimistic?
Urusei Yatsura, Cerebus the Aardvark, Machiavelli, Plato and Happy Days. So, how was your childhood?

For those who bought Zombicide Invader (specifically Black Ops in case it makes a difference), what type of material did they use for the figs? I bought a couple on the secondary market expecting the "usual" (outdated opinion on my part?) shiny smooth dark PVC and instead I got a more 3rd party resin (like Artel) with a light grey slightly rough surface texture and VERY easy to cut with a hobby knife. I'm not complaining by any means but I was surprised.

It's been a while since I looked at mine but that seams similar to what I remember.

Another Miniature Market sale. You need to login to your account to help see the actual discount, on the product's page. Easiest thing to do is load your cart full of whatever you're interested in, then delete whatever is not at a good price. Anyway, saw a lot of ASOIF models. Good luck with the interface. Maybe MM is doing this to escape MAP. Dunno.

Thanks and let me know. The material is super easy (barely an inconvience!) to convert so I'm glad in that aspect. The detail is a bit soft (reminds me of a scanned 3d model) but still within the realms of what I expect from a board game so again not disappointed. I know it's a long shot that someone would knock off a CMON mini but figured I'd make sure it was legit since the material wasn't what I expected. Regardless, I really like some of the sculpts in the game.

I think they are running the sale as competition to Prime Day at Amazon. People are already "Primed" to buying things on sale from the constant bombardment from Amazon. I've received numerous emails & notifications for 3D printers, resin, and even GW products leading up to yesterday.
Maybe MM are hoping the sale will funnel some $$ their way?
They got me. I picked up some Unsullied, Elephants, and some Baratheons I wanted.

I've backed Mordred because it's right up my alley. Mike McVey and Adrian Smith are some of my favourites so can't be more chuffed. Looking forward to it.
It's a little too far out there to draw me in just for some King Arthur minis (not to mention I have King Arthur minis on the way), but I like how CMON still takes it seriously, and keeps releasing all their stretch goal content at reasonable levels. It doesn't feel like they held back or gave up, which they may have five years ago. Their reputation is with them on every campaign and even games that aren't huge KS successes can turn into big game store successes like Blood Rage and Death May Die.

This is party because everything mostly done already. CMoN moved several years ago to running KS when basically everything's done up to tooling (and sometime even that's started) so all the minis we're seeing are done and ready for the factory to start work on. They'd probably lose money to not make them once they get to a certain point.
