Dang that’s an awesome box. Definitely wasn’t what I was expecting, but I am very tempted. I think I’ll hold on until towards the end to make a decision, because other than the two boxes in the main pledge I told myself I could only get one more. This is the current front runner though.

King's landing is $105 for the bundle as the terrain set is a little more expensive. So...I am gonna stick to the base pledge and at least get King's landing in the PM... Hoping there will be another add on of generic targs that can be added to regular Targs, Black or Green targs...

Still debating on Riverlands and the 2 mini boxes... But King's Landing is awesome.

Really nice models. Both Targaryen warbands in King's Landing box are better than the Trident in my opinion.
So now we have 3 Targaryen warbands and the game is set in 3 different time periods.
I get that the Targaryen fans didn't have any actual Targaryen knights miniatures before but let's not forget that all the Targaryen players in AOSIAF tMG are actually Dothraki players.
Where is my Dothraki warbands??
Although I'm not really sure if they actually fought anyone in Game of thrones... Maybe the Lannisters...?

Maybe the final set revealed in the last week will be some sort of set with Dothraki and Unsullied vs the Lannister forces? That's just pure conjecture on my part though.

So there are supposed to be what? Six double boxes and the two individual (neutral) boxes judging by the trailer?

Which would leave two double boxes left?

I couldn't make out the fronts of the boxes and the minis in the trailer (maybe someone with a fancier computer and more time could).

I'm guessing we will see Greyjoys in one of the Boxes and Martells in the other. Not sure on the opponents.

Not sure what you would pick for the Martells.

I think Greyjoys vs. Boltons for Winterfell would be neat, or with the historical theme they could do the Battle of Fair Isle and have Stannis vs. The Greyjoys and do ships for the terrain. That would be kind of neat.

Who knows though, I guess they could do pretty much anything.

Drogons expansion (excluding model) comes in a double sized box because of the tiles so there is potentially only one large and two small expansions left to reveal.

I think it would be strange to leave out Greyjoys or Martells since they are both out in base game, but maybe one (or both) just get small expansions?

There's at least two small boxes left to go. One featuring horses. The other seems to have a large guy and a smaller woman. It will surprise me if they top today's set though.

I think there is one more 2-player set to go along with the two reinforcement ones.

Today's was pretty epic. I really liked the two core options that started this campaign (which I backed + the cardboard components for Dragon). I will pick up this latest Targaryen civil war box... here or at retail.

I think there are 4 big boxes and 4 little boxes on the trailer.
The 2 front little boxes are definitely the Brotherhood and the Secrets boxes. And the 2 front big boxes are Riverlands and King's Landing.
If the 2 big boxes in the back are Trident and Wall, that leaves just 2 Reinforcements boxes to be revealed.
If not, we also have 2 more big boxes although the right one does not have any miniatures so it might be like Drogo's box and not a VS box.

Given that that video ends with a shot of the Trident and Drogon boxes, I posit that none of the obscured boxes encompass either of these two. Further, The Wall box needs to be somewhere, so it must be one of the two unknown, obscured boxes. This leaves us with one more unaccounted for.

Those Hedge Knights are pretty cool miniatures....interesting that they don't have foot versions like the Heros do. I'm guessing maybe soldiers that are mounted just get removed from the board when they take a number of wounds equal to their max.

So that leaves a small box and a large one perhaps?

So we got the final add-on reveals

A set for Dunk and Egg.

And coins!

Also the All-In Pledge Levels

I think I might just do the $320 gameplay all in. Saves $40 I think, which is not so bad.

What's the difference between the crowdfunding exlcusives and the "limited" items (the terrain packs)? Obviously Crowdfunding exclusives are just that, but are the limited items going to be available later?

the Mothership...

Lots of new stuff for folks wanting to play an ASOIAF skirmish game for sure and I'm glad they're coming out with it for the fandom/playerbase.

For me personally as a gamer, I'm only really excited about a half dozen or so figs spread out amongst the various boxes so it doesn't make sense for me to pay roughly $250 including shipping over a year in advance for that. I'll be anxiously awaiting them on the secondary market instead hopefully as singles.

Well, in the past, IIRC, CMON had non-KSE items that didn't end up in retail (I think it was the Massive Darkness Elemental Set), so I wouldn't be surprised if CMON decides to keep the standalones in-print, while not making any promises for the terrain packs. fwiw, The original ASOIF terrain was KSE. I think this is a mistake, as Archon and Mantic have shown there's demand for wargaming terrain!

I am gonna stick at the $80... But If I can swing the $420 when the Pledge manager opens I may get it.

The coin pack looked good. But its only enough for 1 player. They have cool looking GoT themed coins on Etsy. May do one of those... I still only really like Riverlands and Kings Landing... but I am a hoarder... so...

Edit: Not GoT themed... but this is a pretty good Etsy coin set: https://www.etsy.com/listing/196777285/realm-coins-fantasy-coin-game?click_key=9ef87ef3b4946e338ca4cb7de0555116afba696f%3A196777285&click_sum=70868f4e&ref=search2_top_narrowing_intent_modules_top_rated-1

These all look super cool. I wish I had $750 to drop on all of it. Makes me wish they'd split more of this up to make it more manageable.

They do have some sort of plan for splitting up the payment into monthly payments (without interest?) instead of one big payment in case that helps. Just look at the stretch pay options under each reward.

Settled on the main Sworn Brother Pledge, Brotherhood box, Dunc & Egg, and the Metal coins. More expensive than I'd prefer, but less than the whole thing.

Looking forward to playing my boy Beric!

I wanted to pledge but the extra VAT for EU and the big shipping costs are not helping. I always feel that CMON campaigns have extra large shipping costs compared to others.

You are correct. CMON gave no warning about the jump in shipping prices during Bloodbourne (from $26 to $40 for myself), and was (one of) the first companies to charge for VAT, during Massive Darkness.

That said, with the Red Sea conflict, expect shipping prices to be higher, etc. etc. ):

Yeah, the shipping jump and the lackluster exclusives (and no Ironborn) mean I'll just pick them up when they hit Miniature Market. Maybe.

I am still super on the fence here. The Trident box with the Under the wall is a good deal at $80.. but shipping to Maryland could bump it up to $125 at the higher end of that shipping estimate. I am not really that in to the Trident box. But there are some things I like... I am not in to the under the wall set but I do like Ygritte and the Giant. And The freefolk and night watch can be generic enough bad guys in d&d even if I never play Tactics... $125 for stuff I am meh on is a lot. I DO like King's Landing, and I DO like the Riverlands. But i cant get them without the Trdient.

The Hoarder is me wants it all though. If I had not gone all in on Zombicide White Death I would probably gone all in on this... but White death felt better with actual stretch goals even if it was just for show... *SHRUG* I think I have officially talked myself out of this and will wait for King's Landing retail.

EDIT: Just cancelled my pledge.

That's exactly my worry, I skipped the ASoIaF KS completely and missed out on some VERY nice terrain that I absolutely would have bought for other games if it was available. These terrain packs are really nice, but mostly generic and hard to justify $40 each. The Old World ate most of my fun money this month, and I'm just pledged for the base game + print-only version of Drogon's Fury, but FOMO has me worrying about adding the terrain. I'd 100% pick it up at retail eventually, but adding $80 just for terrain packs of mostly generic pieces that I won't see for a year+ feels crappy.
