I will be watching this. This looks to be pretty great. Lots of Kaiju, even big named ones. I am kind of hoping there is some third version of the Kaiju from the first one popping up somewhere.
Supporting cast looks well selected. All good actors. Look to be doing good acting.
To those complaining about the lack of Godzilla, I am really questioning how much Godzilla you people have watched in the past.....

USA Godzilla has looked like this since the last USA Godzilla movie in 2014.
And yes, I believe he was mocked quite a bit in Japan due to this, but it didn't bother me - the special effects were top notch, and will continue to be so!

First thing I noticed about the trailer was - wow look at the bloater.
Is this related to Skull Island the truely awfuil Godzilla movie prior to it? No sign of Kong.
Might be alright - tailer was a bit meh - monsters looked fat and slow, waiting fror heads to flop about uselessly - I recall the old Japanese movies being funny but I would have thought they could do it better now!

I am going to see it! And I had to stop reading this thread after the first few posts on the first page becuase of spoilers. Now I have to watch Skull Island.

Just watched the second one...I don't really have an opinion yet. Animation is great - plot is kind of cool but lots of really dumb crap in it too.
