How is chaos considered such a threat?

Their powerful sorcerers are prancing around and tripping on their own skull adorned robes. The skulls are probably even the last 5-6 chaos sorcerers who died tripping over the stupid robes and impaled themselves on the pointy stars or horns.

I read on FB that the AT stuff shown should be out within 3 weeks or so. Weapon sprues will follow those.

I agree the pose on the sorcerer is interesting....

I think it looks like he is levitating....all in all its an awesome looking miniature and hope it has good rules....

The raptor guy was neat looking but the total garbage rules means not many people will buy it esp at GWs way to high single model prices.

Yeah. Finally some timeframe. Too bad the ones I'm most looking will thus likely be like 5-8 weeks from now on and so waaaaay too late for the AT event next month but at least it's something!

Hopefully titandeath at least has rules for Mortis legion!

Mortis is all over main rulebook as well and nowhere in sight. I think people expected it for rulebook already being archtypical traitor legion. But we'll see. Only 2 weeks or so before contents are revealed I think max.

No chance for my other legion but then again I knew that from the get-go. That's very much undetailed legion whose known fluff is known roughly "they got nearly wiped in Mars" and "prefer long range firing"

How is Chaos a threat? Do you not follow the meta? Bunny-hopping is a time-honored way of applying negative to hit modifiers. Be grateful he isn't bunny-hopping while crouched.

I'm excited that we're finally getting that drill. Line art for it was used in a number of places and its good to have some visual focal points that aren't just a random pipe or tank.

I figured they'd Kill Zone the moonbase terrain. I always liked that it looks like it belongs mixed in with the sector mechanicus terrain, but there wasn't a way to get enough of it to be worth while. This is finally a way to get more of the intact wall sections, and a ceiling.

I wonder how much of a better deal it will end up over that original release.

I actually really like the Sorcerer. A simple ominous floating can go a long way.

Shame I don't want models with a lot of bling on them.

That Strigoi is an old dream come true. Finally they nailed the pose and proportions. Definitely gonna scavenge eBay for that one !

GSC stuff is overall pretty solid. I'm glad for GCS players they got some decent new stuff. Really enjoed the little animated video, too. More of these for other factions please.

The Ambull is amazing. I wonder whether they are going to give it a datasheet for 40k as well and what faction it can be used with. Even if they don't I'd probably get it anyway just to paint it.

To be honest I don't know if I'd call that pose simple and ominous. It's the raised knee flying pose models get to indicate they're not just dangling in the air. I find it pretty stupid and tired.

I quite like the flames and decorative bits, though.

Thanks for pointing that out. I got the hushing look from the Warhammer Community picture and never even saw the metal hand. That makes the model a lot more appealing to me.

Was at... He's not doing a "shhhhhh" motion at all. There is another cybernetic arm in a mirror kind of calculation pose. hadn't noticed the lat from the Or not at the other angle.

I also first assumed this would be an Dark Apostle, due to the braziers on his backpack.

But given that he is levitating and sports the horned skull which is associated with sorcery in 40k; I'd wager he is a Sorcerer.

It is surprising how much detail they can get into a guy a mere 25mm tall - to the top of the top-knot - these days...

Those Ambots are amazing, holy crow. The fact that it comes in a pack of two is pretty interesting, since I can't see a gang having more than one at a time except in really long campaigns.

"Levitating with weights" is also used for the Blackstone Fortress chaos cultist psykers.
