Looks like Seraphon to me.
Although I would love it to be some kind of Necron noctilith anti-psycher device.

It looks like a cable attachment on the bottom of it, right where the rumour engine display is.
Having been painting marine cable hookups on Tor Fisto I'm going to be inclined toward it being Imperial despite my want for something besides that.

The 'glyphs' are Necron. Look at the middle of the donut.

It does look quite old and battered.
Maybe its part of a Ork trophy rack

It would likely be AdMech, not Inquisitorial.
A big plot thread that we got out of Vigilus and Forgebane is that Cawl has had Explorator groups looking for Blackstone deposits. We don't know why he wants all that sweet, sweet Blackstone--but he was fascinated by the Pylons so I wouldn't be shocked if that had something to do with it.
And on another note, we also have Stygies VIII trying to hoard the stuff themselves for the reason of "it's xenotech, we wants it!".
Would be cool if this was the Stygian equivalent to Cawl, a mad Techpriest who carries around a bit of Blackstone to screw with Psykers.

Necrons have cables too. I'm holding out hope that maybe someone other than the imperium can have nice things.

Looks like it could be somthing Necron with the crescent markings on the "stone". And possibly related one of Kirioth's recent vids https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GuMUAoQF6ZI (about the 6.07 mark)mentions a rumoured new model for Illuminor Szeras.

The symbols made me think of necrons, but the rock with weathering and damage really doesn't. Anything living metal shouldn't have that sort of distressed effect.

Is Blackstone living metal?
Genuine question, as far as I've seen I do not see it mentioned as such. It's just a weird substance.

The Facebook post for this one did say:
“Get yer finkin' kap on and see if you're kunnin' enuff to tell us what this week's Rumour Engine is! ”
Which made me wonder whether that was just flavour or a hint of an Ork model.

Personally, I think it looks kind orky, and vaguely like a magnet. Could it be a new force field of lifta-droppa model?

Whatever it is, its clearly heretical. Just look at the shape of the centre piece -its shaped like a cog, but is assymetrical and broken, defying Imperial Science, making a mockery of Omnissiahs humble stability and pious regularity.
I say burn it.

It literally has nothing to do with Seraphon/Slann, whatever. The crescents with a line are Necron glyphs.

It’s AdMech, but that part isn’t on that model (unless there’s different wing parts in the kit).

i think it might be the bit at the back which is partially block by the wing in this pic.
Also just spotted the 'revolver' bomb part:

No, the video shows the legs and they don't match. Either it's an alternative part (it is meant to have three different builds) or there is going to be another model with similar details (maybe drop troops to drop out of it?).
